Victoria Clipper to sail to B.C. for first time since pandemic began
By - OnlineMemeArmy
I can't wait to take my girlfriend up there.
The Victoria Parkside Hotel and Spa with an upgraded room (just the first upgrade level) is probably the most romantic hotel getaway I've ever experienced. It's become an absolute favorite of mine over the years! The bathtub, fireplace, view, everything is amazing!
How much do you budget for a getaway there?
Oh, gosh, I don't ever really do budgeting for any trips under $5k. For a Friday morning through Sunday getaway for two, probably $1.2k? Though I tend to really splurge on food and drink while I'm there, the biggest cost by far will be the clipper and the hotel.

You don’t know their finances. Do you budget everything?
My ex and I used to stay at Abigail's Hotel, sadly my girlfriend doesn't care for fire places for some reason.
Go back to your video game lol
My home 💗 I miss taking the ferry lol
I took this route and proposed to my wife in Victoria 😊
wait, what's the border situation with Canada? Heard it was still an issue?
Fully vaccinated and proof of negative test within 72hours will get you across without needing quarantine.
BC vaccination rates are better than ours and they have vaccination requirements for indoor stuff so it’s a nice safer place to visit.
I’m in BC today from Seattle and the border was an absolute breeze, took about 10min?
Recently had a trip to Paris (why yes, I will find a way to work it into every conversation I can, thankyou) when they had just started requiring proof of vaccination to get into any of the big attractions. It meant no lines for anything. We almost felt like we were trespassing when we were able to walk straight up to the ticket counter and then straight on to the elevator at the Eiffel Tower.
You need to prefill info on the ArriveCAN site: https://www.canada.ca/en/public-health/services/diseases/coronavirus-disease-covid-19/arrivecan.html
Nice! I went a little while ago and had literally no cars in front of me to enter Canada. Their border guard was super pleasant too.
Currently vaccinated Americans can visit Canada but not the other way around. No idea why it’s not open in the other direction.
It's not a cruise it's just a ferry. You sit and get off. No different than going to Bremerton
