Tbh I think people just ban him out of reflex. He’s horrifying late game but he’s not that bad. I feel like Flores and Lion are way worse though. You’ve never felt true pain until a flores drone nukes you while on cams or demolishes all of your team’s gadgets
I dont ban Jackal because he's necessarily strong. I ban him because he is by far the most annoying op to play against on attack. There's no counterplay to existing and having your location pinged over and over. How dare I think I could do something silly like reinforce a hatch or deploy a gadget off site.
