Both are ridiculously overpriced. Check out this [great value $1400 CyberpowerPC with an RTX 3080 GPU](https://www.reddit.com/r/Prebuilts/comments/xih67a/comment/ip5ntnc/) instead. It's a good bargain, OP, u/LongJohnTan, and u/Hermits_Purple.
And no, CyberpowerPC does not suck, u/Mountain-Ad6577. They use major brands off the shelves. Here are some reviews:
>Cyberpowerpc has always been solid for me. I’ve gotten 3 PCs from there over the years. Fully customizable you pick whatever parts you want. Their cable management is decent. Shipping/packing has been good in my experience no issues with damage at all. They don’t use any proprietary software like other shitty prebuilts. You get what you buy and the performance you expect from that hardware.

NZXT PCs are overpriced. The best value-for-money prebuilt for $1400 is this Cyberpower gaming PC with an RTX 3080, u/Admirable_Ice2785: https://www.reddit.com/r/Prebuilts/comments/xih67a/comment/ip5ntnc/
After Xmas all prices on prebuilts will drop. That processor is overkill for a 3070 on the 1st link. I'm waiting for this RTX 3080 paired with a 12700KF to drop back down to $1500 like it was on black Friday. Tried pricing everything individually and was roughly $200 over so idk why people keep saying it's cheaper to build your own. Majority of the reviews are also saying they're getting different brand 3080s instead of just basic Nvidia 3080s

Usually everything drops January. Probably around mid Jan if I remember correctly, latest mid Feb. They have to drop prices and get rid of left over inventory since a lot the 2023 tech is getting released, some coming as soon as the 1st quarter.
Both suck. IBP has case without any airflow. Glass in front is just chocking fans. Temps will be bad. Also it has famous IBP aio. It always fails or die in few months.
Cyberpower same thing with that case. Value also is not present.
Why don't you build it? For 1500 you can do much better then those crap prebuilds

Cyberpower is fuckin trash
Trash. Both companies suck
What is a good company for prebuilts
They all suck because they use bad quality parts and have bad service. Best bet is a custom builder with good pricing. Custom Lux, Xidax, Origin
I would recommend an NZXT pc You can buy a pre-built that costs less and has better parts

Any update on if the price will actually go down soon?

You people think value = cheapest shit you can buy. Value is good parts, good service, and good price. Cyberpower is cheap garbage. Not a good value
