Lately I’m into Gabor Maté, there are several of his interviews/speeches on youtube. I like his view on how childhood trauma (that most of us have to some extent) affects all our relationships throughout our lives, and especially how we react to our kids’ misbehavior etc. Look up his interview in The harvest series on Spotify. So good and just 30 minutes long.
