The funnel colours look red and black from what I can see, but it doesn't look like they have the black bands that Cunard ships had. It also doesn't match any Cunard ships I'm aware of. Definitely not one of the old-school two funnel express ships from pre-1900, not *Caronia/Carmania*, and not one of the pre-WWI A-class cabin ships (they only had five boats on each side of the boat deck, this has six).
Where was this taken?
I actually thought it was the RMS Niagara (1912) but your right, its the SS Shinyo Maru (1911). There both twin funnel and triple screw, also built around the same time. I think this is the actual model or a copy: https://www.charlesmillerltd.com/auction/lot/300-A-JAPANESE-BUILDERS-MODEL-FOR-THE-TRIPLE/?lot=3487&sd=1
I looked at *Niagara* first (since someone said "Down Under" and I didn't know exactly what that meant at first) but it didn't match. I wasn't even thinking of obscure Japanese ships and totally blanked (despite having researched this very ship already) so I started looking for the yachts from the show to see if I could find a better picture with the model. It was just dumb luck that this one has a page dedicated to its artworks that explained all.
I'm old enough to remember having to go to a library and look through books if you wanted to find out about stuff.

So am I. I'm almost 40, and as a nerd the library was my place lol
Is this from Below Deck Down Under?
Yes lol

Nailed it! That’s definitely the same model. There’s that little electronic doodad on the wall just visible on the far right of this pic.
Whew, thats certainly an obscure one. Nice work!
The gold stripe isn't there so definitely not a White Star liner
First hunch was Baltic
*Caronia* or *Carmania*?
Maybe Teutonic or Majestic (1) [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RMS\_Teutonic#/media/File:Teutonic1890-1900.jpg](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RMS_Teutonic#/media/File:Teutonic1890-1900.jpg) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RMS\_Majestic\_(1889)#/media/File:SS\_Majestic\_(1890).jpg
I don't know, they had 3 mast, and less cargo Davit's. Maybe a Hapag-Lloyd liner.
HAPAG and Lloyd had yellow(ish) coloured funnels with no black at the top.
The Mesaba? From the Atlantic Line.

It’s a screenshot from the TV show Below Deck Down Under.
