Their cs has agents fucking around in the background, been getting different people giving me different information, trying to sort out bills and payments (which they're more than happy to charge me for) despite randomly cancelling my SIM 😡

Really worse experience ever, just wanted to have a moan.


So you take out a SIM and they charge you for it? 👀 Did you cancel within 14 days? Sometimes it's best to just let them debit what you agreed and then they should refund you on final bill. Same goes for all and every bill tbh.


Hmm not quite what I said, but also yes I did cancel within 14 days. They didn't explain a refund would be done either (took me 6 calls to finally be told that tbh).


Your post was a bit cryptic so I simplified as I've been there. Yes they will take first payment as it's due pretty much within a few days on first statement. You keep direct debits active when you leave a service so any refunds due can be recalled. You can also raise an indemnity with your bank to retrieve any payments taken in error.
