If there is only material damage, push the cars out of the way, stay polite and fill the accident form, then call a towing truck. If someone is injured, get an ambulance and the cops on site.

Call the cops and stay with the vehicle. If possible, don't move anything until the cops get there and tell you to do so.

Move the cars off the road if you can.
