Yup, when you get married you can send your marriage documents to that other country's embassy and after reviewing they'll legally recognize the marriage~

Wow. I thought it would be much more difficult than that but that doesn't sound like too much after you get already get married in the first country you just need to send your marriage documentation over to the other country for review.

Well, the only thing is, as I understand it, you need an appointment and embassies are busy places. It might take a while to get it, then for them to review everything, they might ask questions depending on situation or country etc. Probably not a fast process, but doesn't seem that scary~

It may not be a fast process but at least you don't have to jump through 10 billion different hoops to get there when getting married in the second country after being married in the first.

I don't know about the people from 2 different countries, because you would need to get immigration involved, if you want to live together. I do know that if you get legally married, in a different country, the marriage is recognized in your home country. You don't even have to register it, for it to count.
