How loud in decibels is a single mid-range piano note, and conversely, how loud (also in decibels) would it be if you were to play roughly two billion notes in a single second?

Decibels depends on distance from a sound source. But, seated at the piano, mezzo-forte would be somewhere in the 70db range. As far as playing 2 billion notes in a second, that's faster than the speed of sound, so it doesn't make any sense.

I f you played 2 billion notes per second you'd be in the gigahertz range and you'd be basically creating waves that would interfere with your wifi signal. It wouldn't be audible so volume wouldn't enter into it.
