Your body can only absorb so much nourishment at one time. Six chicken legs is likely too much for your body to absorb all the protein and everything else so the rest would come out as waste.
Also, there is a threshold in which you are not giving your body as much nourishment as it can adequately absorb. Does your body may not be getting enough. The trick is finding the proper balance for your body.
