How different would it be to eat six chicken legs in one meal as opposed to eating two legs for breakfast, another two for lunch, and another two for dinner? Or eat one leg a day for six days?

How different would the nutrition be to your body?

AngelWarrior911

Your body can only absorb so much nourishment at one time. Six chicken legs is likely too much for your body to absorb all the protein and everything else so the rest would come out as waste. Also, there is a threshold in which you are not giving your body as much nourishment as it can adequately absorb. Does your body may not be getting enough. The trick is finding the proper balance for your body.

What's the difference between a chicken? One leg is both the same!
