This is a WBP mini jack kit that I submitted a form 1 for It to be an AOW. I purchased the mini jack parts Kit from Arms of America in the beginning of 2020. Eventually I ended up getting a Morrissey Receiver for the kit to submit the form 1. After the 32 day wait I got approved. I found the SB TF1913 brace on Combloc Market, it was an easy install with the JMAC MRKT rear trunnion and 1913 rail adaptor. Refinished the wood as well and called it a day. Now I just like to stare at it.
I looked at the Q&A for the PSA 104 barreled assembly and someone asked that. All of the reply’s say when transferred they are a pistol which makes sense since it basically is minus a trigger and furniture. So you probably can’t go that route. Maybe call PSA to confirm.
Personally, I don't see how it can be a pistol when they are selling it as a "barreled receiver" but I don't argue with arbitrary vague laws to begin with.
Part of me feels like that is people from other states that don't know that others or AOWs even exist and only know SBR/pistol. So they figure, well its not an SBR so it MUST be a pistol. Again I could be totally wrong but thanks for the info bro, much appreciated.
For real that’s the whole issue, everything is vague. Definitely keep looking into it tho, it would be a much easier way to have one of these. Good luck!
In regards to the BCM grip on an AR I couldn’t tell you, that’s everyone’s big question but what I can tell you is that with this foregrip you’re able to fire this weapon with 2 hands as it’s intended so I’d say it’s gtg. ATF makes rules and changes them down the road anyway so I’m not stressing about it.

32 days isn’t bad. Thanks for the details. You have a sexy dong.
Thank you sir much appreciated , the Eform wasn’t a bad wait. Having it built took the longest but it is what it is with that haha.
This looks more like art than a firearm. I can't stop looking at it. That pop the refinished wood gives is amazing.
Thank you!! Shellac, stain, and fine sanding goes a long way, that dong was beat when I got it haha.
Do you know if I would be able to use a barreled receiver DIY kit from PSA to build an AOW like this? Or does it need to be an actual KIT kit.

Fudd lore smh
Aw Yeah!! Congrats
Thanks man!
Welcome to the Club. Very nice. Glad I cleared the way on the Morrissey receiver.
Thank you for taking the hit pending research. Made it much more smooth haha. Been contemplating some Zenitco stuff for it tho.
Nah, just build another.
That’s what I needed to hear actually. Good call lol.
I’ve seen some people question if a dong or bcm count as a vert grip for an other/aow. Any info on that?
