Pyrhan

Well, yeah, the lid didn't leave them mush room to grow...

Secret-Judgment3087

That's true, the cake fruits were a bit smaller but these are bigger than I'd expected to be. Just to experiment and start small!

Pyrhan

I mean... I just wanted to make a pun, but sure!

Secret-Judgment3087

I very much enjoyed your pun! I'm just an awkward and literal person sometimes lol

Dnice_556

One I switched to really high walled tubs I’ll never go back. Try them out next time. Not only does it give them tons of room to grow, it’s much easier to regulate RH. Nice job dude!

Secret-Judgment3087

I do have some other bigger tubs I am moving to soon but I wanted to start small and get a feel. Thank you, I appreciate it all a lot! I am excited to go bigger!

AnotherMoonDoge

What's RH? Sorry. New here. Is there a thread for all abbreviations in this sub?

Dnice_556

Relative humidity

AnotherMoonDoge

Thanks

gratefulyme

When they push up like this, you can either put another empty tub on top, or you can cover loosely with saran wrap to keep in moisture.

unholymanserpent

Plastic grocery bags will do the trick, too

Secret-Judgment3087

I want to try that as well! Thank you!

Secret-Judgment3087

I was going to put another tub on top and have now for the next flush! Thank you! I just didn't expect them to fruit this soon

Potato_Forsaken

Dub tub all the way

Spaceinacan21

Mmm perfect looking mushrooms. Good job m8

Secret-Judgment3087

Thank you! My first tub besides some cakes. I have 2 more tubs a bit bigger I did at the same time and are right behind these! I harvested the rest there this morning and they looked even better. Pretty and plump

RawSauruS

Are these Koh Samui?

Secret-Judgment3087

These are B+

[deleted]

What substrate did you use and what was your casing layer?

Secret-Judgment3087

I used a Boomr Bag from Northspore and I did not use a casing layer but I will be using them as well as liners in the future

[deleted]

They are so pretty!!
