htlpc_100

Why sell ?

ProfessionalWrong325

It’s a lemon

htlpc_100

Dang sorry. What kind of issues

ProfessionalWrong325

The biggest ones were a drive unit failure requiring replacement both front and back.

htlpc_100

So sorry to hear. I just picked up my LR yesterday and am in love with it

ProfessionalWrong325

Would really like to replace the plaid with the LR

[deleted]

Really? I was in between this option too. Used car dealership keep buying the new 2023 and up price by $50K. You need to buy it directly through dealership - you can get a new one for $115K+ but if get it from third party dealer, they trying to get $170K plus.

pudgyplacater

Post it on Autotrader and see who comes rolling in. I sold my Y that way, and ended up selling it to a dealership for a $10k profit.

socalquest

Yes AutoNation gives higher offers. Cavana is a vulture! Lowlife GLTA!!!

hussbawls

Wanted to sell mine, got a 115 offer from carvana. Wanted to get 125 out of it, felt it's worth that. Got no bites online. Market is shit right now. Going to just plan to drive it for another year and hope my rivian comes before that. Good luck!

ProfessionalWrong325

Maybe I’ll just sell it back to Tesla for the best value.

epradox

If you get a lemon lawyer and go through that process sure

ProfessionalWrong325

What do you mean? I should still go through a lemon lawyer even though Tesla will just buy it back? I don’t want Tesla to blacklist us for the future. It I also want a fair compensation since they resell these vehicles for 163,000 on their website.

epradox

Go to autotrader and look at a plaid x lowest price first. They’re selling for well under msrp. If tesla is offering to buy it back for what you paid go for it. Otherwise the market for teslas has plummeted within the past few weeks and no one is selling for a profit anymore

[deleted]

When I searched for a car, I used carguru. It’s the best, just closed on Model X Plaid. What’s your miles, seating, and colors? I can tell you what’s fair price

ProfessionalWrong325

Red, 6 seater, 22 inch wheels, 8600 miles

[deleted]

FSD purchased?

ProfessionalWrong325

Yes. And has all black seats

[deleted]

For one, White seat Tesla’s don’t last long. They are sold fast - You also have premium upgrade(Red Color). Without FSD $136,999 with FSD $148,999 - I went with used $138,999 - 2,000 miles, black with cream. I had to settle with what I found, even though I really wanted white leather. Every time, I started the process to purchase the perfect one with white, sold the next day. I was going do a purchase brand new, but after tax, it’s close to $165-$170K. Being able to save $30K for just few miles? Is a steal, because at the end of the day, I have $30K extra in my bank.

[deleted]

Whatever you do, keep mileage under 10,000 - When people search for high price cars like this, anything under 10,000 miles is new to them

Substantial-Cap-6611

I just sold my model s refresh long range for $6k more than paid for. Got bids from vroom, driveway, carvana. Also put it on auto trader and usedteslaonly. Best offer was from local dealer. Just go to your local dealer websites to see which ones buy cars.

Sleep_adict

Plug the vin into Cavana to get a solid baseline price

socalquest

Cavana gives low ball offers. F them! GLTA!!!

Aggravating-Bad-5563

Autotrader and Facebook market place. I got way more bids on FB but ended up selling to someone on Autotrader
