try Estroven. it's in the vitamin aisle, should be on the very bottom row in most stores. it takes about 2 months for it to completely get in your system, but since i've been using it for almost 2 years, it has diminished my hot flashes...if you can't find Estroven, try to find a black cohosh supplement. it is a main component in the Estroven specifically for hot flashes. i hope you get relief soon! of all the symptoms i have, hot flashes are the worst, and i would take elephant dung supplements if it helped me never have another one...good luck ✌

I’m sorry you have to go through this. It’s not the most original advice, but thin 100% cotton might help. Polyester or poly blends are completely out of the question for me. And cool washcloth on the back of your neck or running cold water over your wrists might help. Finally, fiddling with your diet to see if it helps. Red wine, caffeine, sugar are common cited culprits for making hot flashes worse.

yes my t4 was all over the place and they said thats normal so i guess its ok, i do still have periods though only 3-4 a year
