OG, better LBs will come along. With poor blocking mechanics even if you have a better play they still won't block well.

Phillips has amazing stats + is very tall I’d lean that direction

Good OGs are harder to come by so normally I'd say go that route but Phillips is kind of a freak with his size and stats. He's unproven in this game but so was Bosa and he has been an animal. If you didn't build Bosa (you should've) build Phillips. Blocking is broken as is in this game. Scherff won't change that.

Defense doesn't seem to matter as much this year seeing how easy it is to score, generally. I would get the OG.
