Good ole North America. We are too cold for a winter schedule and too hot for a summer schedule.
I am feeling a soccer league comprised exclusively of matches in the months of April and October.
Really? I just looked at the Denver forecast and it says high of 58 and low of 41 with clouds? Maybe the boots on the ground weather folks in Denver know more?
tbf I'd rather play in 0 degrees than 95 with humidity. Running around warms you up and you can put on a fuckton of layers to mitigate the cold. Nothing you can do about the heat but suffer
It was cold, but bearable. I just get a kick out of people saying -30 isn't bad if it's a dry cold. Anything under -10 is cold, I don't care about the moisture in the air.
Supposed to be a high of 95 tomorrow 🥵
Gonna be hot, and my peppers aren't hardened off yet so they can't enjoy the sun 😢

It’s May and the Sounders and Rapids game may get snowed out
There is no helping Denver. Every city likes to say that they have unpredictable weather, but none of them touch the wonkiness that is Denver.
Dat highland continental climate
And it’s pushing 90 next week there, they just have drunk weather
It’s drunk as shit - I was there for Thanksgiving a few years ago and it was like 70 the entire time

When I google "Denver weather" the first thing that I see are big red letters that say winter storm warning lol
I meant that’s what I see you Sundays game. You are right, the weather today looks dreadful.
Ah didn't realize you had a Sunday game. Well I guess we'll see how much snow there is to melt.
I’m being a bit of weather doomer, but it’s supposed to snow today and tomorrow
Kick-off has been moved from 4:00pm EST to 6:30pm EST because of the forecast for high temperatures.
They should push it to 8 p.m. when it'll drop to the 80s
MLS: No soccer at 95 degrees. US and Canadian Federations: Soccer at less than 0 degrees? Yes, please!
No soccer at 95 degrees\* \*offer not available in Texas
The funny thing is any daytime game later in the summer here would also likely be 95+ degrees.
To be fair your 95 is much worse than an Austin 95, usually
Yeah, hot in DC might be the worst hot I've ever experienced, including hot in Florida and hot in smoggy and humid Beijing.

Yeah, but everyone in Edmonton always says it's fine, cause it's a dry cold. Whatever that means.
Granted even from my Toronto perspective, the temperatures in Edmonton that day were nothing too out of the ordinary for January and February here

Dry air might make it worse honestly
Meanwhile here in Dallas it’s not even supposed to hit 70 degrees on Sunday lol
