Very vivid dream, not lucid tho. I also found out it's a big risk because if the Caffeine kicks in too fast then you ain't going back to sleep. It can work, but again, HUGE risk.

Well, dreams happen in REM just on principle, and they also do happen in NREM sleep as well, though NREM dreams tend to be harder to remember. Just counting REM dreams, the average is around 4-6 per night based on the approximately 90 minute sleep cycle length and 8 hours of sleep. Also, drinking cafeen before bed is definitely unhealthy and extremely not recommended, so please, don't do that. Also, what techniques are you doing with WBTB?
