Rear Window might be the most human Hitchcock movie. The little glimpses into people’s everyday lives, particularly Miss Lonelyhearts. In fact, one of my favorite moments in any film is when L.B. sees her drinking alone and raises his glass to her. She can’t see him, but there’s something so lovely about that little moment of solidarity between them.
Rear window voters are incredibly based
North by Northwest
Very surprised this wasn't on the poll.
Rope, which I'm pleased to see make the options
North by Northwest, but Psycho is a close 2nd
#North by Northwest (1959)
Notorious!
If North By Northwest was an option, it would sure as hell have more votes than Rope or The Birds.
Rebecca Dial M for Murder
Psycho, Rope, Lifeboat, North by Northwest, Rear Window. In that order.
Of those you list Rear Window is my favorite, but there are three others I like more: Shadow of a Doubt, Trouble with Harry, The Lady Vanishes
I've been absolutely captivated by Vertigo since I first saw it at 14 and I remain just as stunned by it as a 36 year old.
Notorious Rebecca
Rebecca
Strangers on a Train
Shadow of a Doubt
Breaks my heart to see The Birds so low :(
Rear Window, Vertigo, and Psycho are my top 3.
Lifeboat

does anyone say The Birds???
Rear Window is the correct answer but North by Northwest should absolutely be on this poll!
