It's a borderline mental disorder, she looks perfectly fine in the reflection and incredibly weird and disproportionate in the edited photo. If she doesn't see this, she needs help.
Her actual body type is literally, like, what I’d consider the ideal sort of healthy body type (for someone who probably doesn’t deal with genetics that throw their physique off, I mean). Like, she’s literally healthy looking, but it makes me sad she feels she has to edit herself to look like this…
I don't feel sad. I don't think she feels sad or thinks she looks bad. She's a fucking jerk perpetuating an unrealistic standard and I think she knows it very well and doesn't care. Its paid off in buckets for her.
I'm pretty sure most of these people editing themselves probably have a dislike for how they actually look, so I don't get your point. Nobody does this with the intention of making others insecure, that's just an effect.
You don't get the point that she markets products and services and has made millions of dollars off of her unrealistic, unattainable look? Its not complex. Its highly exploitative.
Bro YouTube is free! There is so much content free on YT I want to shout it from the rooftops! You can also see proper lifting form for just about anything! Don't give away your money to these people!
I'm more surprised that they still use the same 40-50yo scam of selling "their celebrity program" to be/look like "the celebrity", and people still fall for it, even worse with this modern cheap celebrities. WOW!! Stupid influencers of the gullible *sigh
You should probably get a different fitness app. She's a scammer, her body is not real and not from working out. Ofc she's very fit and likely knows what she's doing to SOME extent but she's a shitty person for using her fake body to make money off of womens insecurities
People like her are the worst. They are nothing but scammers and they promote unrealistic bodies, even further worsening the insecurities of their followers.
The thing is there are a lot of good ones that look different, it depends on your body structure. There are also a lot of bad ones too tho- just make sure you are comfortable in your squat position when you are trying it- don’t match someone else because you think it looks good. I can’t squat with my toes very out but a lot of people can’t squat as narrow as me. Just listen to your body
>This is 99% of ig, I feel like women fitness ***influenzers*** don't get called out enough on this.
They get a pass because they are sick. lol Id leave it myself.
TBF I didn't come in to comment because of the spelling it was just funny but if 99% of IG is fake (I believe its more myself) It makes you wonder about the people that follow them. its so obvious anymore that unless a picture online is intentionally wanting to make someone look bad its edited to make them look different. Its ridiculous you cant trust anything anymore.
The spelling was intentional lol
Reason why there so successful is cus they sell fake shortcuts. Most of the population is not intelligent they see a 6 pack in 1 week, top less juiced up guy and they will watch that over the in-depth vids that talk about diet etc. In the long-term they (followers) probably won't reach any fitness goals or improve :(
Yeah, that's what I'm referring too. Editing as well ofc, but she ain't natural aside from the editing either. Face and boobs are obvious but her butt is fake too and I also see some post-partum lipo/tummy-tuck action
Are they seriously THAT obsessed with themselves that they don’t bother look at anything else in the photo as they’re editing it? The reflection is painfully obvious and noticeable too I don’t get how someone could completely miss it. Or maybe they can’t edit the reflection now they just say fuck it and hope no one else notices??
I thought the same thing! It seems purposeful… like even in staging the picture, surely the purpose was to have the reflection in the background. Howwww could she not realize?
They're already trendy, NB and enormous sneakers (especially white) have been trendy for a few years now.
Good thing I can't afford to jump on every fashion trend lol
Yeah, I'm 31 and NB were super popular with everyone even when I was in middle school.
I never understood why, though. They're some of the most boring basic-looking shoes I've ever seen in my life. They probably are decent for exercising and activities, though.
I have loved NBs since I was a teen. My feet are so happy in them and the older I get the more that matters.
However there are cuter ones than those and you’d think if she took the time to skinnierize herself she’s at least whiten the shoes a little too
Aww damn. Smh advertising something even she can't achieve. So unrealistic. So unfortunate to the young girls developing eating disorders to recharge an impossible goal ... 😮💨
Friendly reminder that people selling you fitness and diet shit do NOT follow those plans and are trying to grift your money away from you.
If you wanna eat right and exercise, just eat what makes your body feel Not Like Shit and get your vital nutrients in, and exercise in a way that makes your body feel good. There are ways to do this mindfully and healthily that doesn't involve you pissing away money towards fitness and diet influencers' bullshit.
YUPPPP!!! i spent my teens and 20s struggling with a binge eating disorder that developed from my dancing days, and hid away thinking 'if i just get skinny my life will be perfect' ( i was never even chubby!).
then i got realllly sick from punishing my poor body and spent a lot of time in hospital, and just listened to it, gluten free, low FODMAP, lots of fresh stuff...but lots of treats too! never ever weigh myself, i follow NO influencers!
There are a few out there that are sincere and honest. Both my brother in law and his wife are personal trainers and they don’t photoshop their bodies. They also practice mindful eating, but also say you should enjoy your food. It’s better to spend your money on real trainers who are certified instead of apps telling you what to do to get fit even though they don’t know your body type or goals.
I agree with you, except on the exercise part, because exercising, especially lifting weights will not make your body feel good (in the moment at least) it’s extenuating and should be challenging if you want hypertrophy results.
YESS! I second megsquats!! I've been following her program for months now and have seen amazing results. She's literally who inspired me to start lifting
100% shit like this makes me so sad and angry. Thinking of all of the young women who believe the images they see online. No wonder so many people have Eating Disorders now :(
No, it isn’t? You’re looking at the wrong part of the reflection, the curve of her hair is still very much there in the shadowy area.
It would be crazy for her to edit the hair in the reflection without noticing how everything else is off.
When a fitness girlie has a huge bunda and visible abs but doesn’t really have leg muscles, lifts quite light, has horrible form, does stuff like donkey kickbacks, fire hydrants with booty bands and says that these are the key to growing your glutes, uses phrases like “toning your …..” and “how to get xyz in 4 weeks”, 9 times out of 10, she’s a scammer.
To be fair I just watched a training video from a record breaking strong man. Dude broke out the booty band and did some banded donkey kicks. His claim was not only does it target activate your glutes but it’s good for training stability in the knee for other movements like heavy front squats.
I’m no expert myself and personally agree that people shouldnt be selling low weight high repetition endurance and stamina workouts as hypertrophic. But I will say that done correctly these workout have their place in glute training.
Sometimes it’s fun to imagine what it would be like to see one of these edited insta bodies out in real life… i like to picture them walking around and how unnatural it would look to our eyes in real life.
It’s so sad to me that these people don’t understand that literally no one has these body types. When have you ever gone anywhere and seen someone who looks like a cartoon character??? It’s honestly sad.
Like girl your actual reflection is RIGHT THERE
How can you be so fixated on your image that you don’t even notice your own reflection? I feel like there’s some kind of sad irony there
All all the comments on that IG post… how do people not notice such blatant editing?? No l wonder everyone is depressed and anxious with self esteem issues
My advice to anyone getting into fitness: stay far far away from social media for fitness related things. There are only two people I follow online for fitness advice. The online fitness influencer community is just extremely unhealthy in multiple ways.
If you’re looking for a new app, I use Lilly Sabri and really like her. She looks incredible but in her hip dip video makes it a point to say that hip dips are completely normal to have. Great workouts without making me feel bad about myself.
I’m actually, pleasantly, surprised those aren’t being pushed by influencers. I remember about 15-20 years ago training your brain for better memory and quick thinking was kind of a *thing*. I guess with tik tok around, one cares about being smart anymore.
Always find it so weird and sad how people are never okay with how they look. They always portray to others what they wish they would look which really shows their insecurities and then others get insecure because someone else "looks" so "perfect".
Abolish Instagram and our tradition of posting pics of ourselves to Internet to seek fake validation
Don’t buy shit from influencers please, including apps. There are better ways to get into fitness/health/whatever they are selling that are effective and don’t contribute to keep those delusional beings scamming people.
Honestly i always find it funny when someone uses some "influencers" app. Youtube got tons of videos for free with scientific explanations which are better suited for you workouts. And as for eating there are too bazzilion explanations and then you just cook balanced food instead of buying ready meal plans for overpriced money and they suck.
She edited her face too. The reflection profile doesn't match her features. I don't think anybody's noticed that yet. The rest of it is so blatantly obvious, it distracts.
I used to look up to her and wanna look like her, tried to get her app but was too broke, then found her manuals free on adobe and it’s the most standard BS manuals you can ever see. Fake and disappointing

The reflection DAMNNNN 😭💀do ppl not realize glass reflects?
They have to be so focused on how awesome and “real” their edited self looks and forget to check for evidence.
It's a borderline mental disorder, she looks perfectly fine in the reflection and incredibly weird and disproportionate in the edited photo. If she doesn't see this, she needs help.

did you pay for the app? lol
Adobe sells one too
GNU gives one away for free
You win the internet today. Bravo.
Just the perfect amount of comedy.

Her squat form is atrocious
99% of Instagram ‘fitness’ people have awful squat form. Zero mobility all about weights, and lying of course
I don’t know what good squat form looks like.
The thing is there are a lot of good ones that look different, it depends on your body structure. There are also a lot of bad ones too tho- just make sure you are comfortable in your squat position when you are trying it- don’t match someone else because you think it looks good. This is 99% of ig, I feel like women fitness influenzers don't get called out enough on this.

She’s also had quite a bit of plastic surgery
Yeah, that's what I'm referring too. Editing as well ofc, but she ain't natural aside from the editing either. Face and boobs are obvious but her butt is fake too and I also see some post-partum lipo/tummy-tuck action
Yeah she had a bbl for sure. All that extra weight is causing noticeable sagging underneath her rear
I suggest FitOn. I don't use it anymore because I go to the gym. But there are very experienced trainers on there. And women with *gasp* muscles!
Do these people not understand how reflections work??
Apparently they don't.
When will my reflection show ~~Who I am inside~~ How I look when ‘shopped
That's it. Dishonor. Dishonor on your whole Instagram. Dishonor on YOU. Dishonor on your REFLECTION.
Dishonour on your COWS reflection!
Dishonor on your APP.
It’s just angles duh! /s just in case that wasn’t clear
Came here to see this. Take my upvote you beautiful s.o.b.
Same
Are they seriously THAT obsessed with themselves that they don’t bother look at anything else in the photo as they’re editing it? The reflection is painfully obvious and noticeable too I don’t get how someone could completely miss it. Or maybe they can’t edit the reflection now they just say fuck it and hope no one else notices??
Dont worry. Neither do the people in the comments.
Sister, your shadow is showing
Aw damn! I had to look again!Hahahahahaha
Her photoshopping skills need improvement... she forgot the reflection
Shadow seems to be the right proportions
This failure is almost intentional
I thought the same thing! It seems purposeful… like even in staging the picture, surely the purpose was to have the reflection in the background. Howwww could she not realize?
She’s wearing the literal shoes my dad wears lol.
My grandpa wears them.
Socks too
It’s the trend
Ugly shoes are in. I don’t get it, but I guess that’s part of getting old
Pretty sure those are the exact shoes we were issued in Air Force boot camp
Idk who is behind trying to make NBs trendy but I absolutely just cannot do it. I'm a middle aged woman, not a middle aged man damnit.
Middle aged man here -- I won't wear them either. Thanks.

They are horrifying. Off topic sure, but NB are so cringe .
r/gymsnark called them the Grass Cutter 5000s ☠️
The best part of the internet is reading comments that force you to go back to the original picture and laugh lmaooo
NB are trendy now
New Balance are a hard recommendation in r/runningshoegeeks And they’re usually more affordable than Hokas
I was about to comment on those atrocities. 🥴
I was going to say I wouldn't trust her opinion based on her footwear 🤣
The window tells the truth.
Aww damn. Smh advertising something even she can't achieve. So unrealistic. So unfortunate to the young girls developing eating disorders to recharge an impossible goal ... 😮💨
My reflection has its own measurements 😂
Is the app facetune??
Mirror, Mirror on a wall, Who’s the fakest of them all?
Her fitness app is photoshop.
Friendly reminder that people selling you fitness and diet shit do NOT follow those plans and are trying to grift your money away from you. I agree with you, except on the exercise part, because exercising, especially lifting weights will not make your body feel good (in the moment at least) it’s extenuating and should be challenging if you want hypertrophy results.
You also really need some guidance in lifting so you don't, you know, slip a disc OP I recommend megsquats programs
YESS! I second megsquats!! I've been following her program for months now and have seen amazing results. She's literally who inspired me to start lifting
I like turtles but not the bitey kind.
You should start a IG or TT page just spouting this
Are people calling them out in the comments?
Sadly no. All the comments are praising her hard work and dedication to achieve the photoshopped body 😅
I guarantee there are but she’s deleting them
100% shit like this makes me so sad and angry. Thinking of all of the young women who believe the images they see online. No wonder so many people have Eating Disorders now :(
Try working out with Caroline Girvan she is the real deal and her training plan are free
Seconded!!
yessss fellow Girvanator ❤️❤️
It's not even the same positioning as the reflection. Her hair is edited out.
No, it isn’t? You’re looking at the wrong part of the reflection, the curve of her hair is still very much there in the shadowy area. It would be crazy for her to edit the hair in the reflection without noticing how everything else is off.
I see she’s got the Casual Father 5’s on 😂
okay but the way her hair is the same colour as that shocking fake tan…. 😬
Right? Anything to try to conform to what’s most popular atm.
what's really sad is that her original figure isnt bad at all :( i feel so sad that she feels the need to photoshop herself :(
Wait, is the hair fake?
looks fake to me
When a fitness girlie has a huge bunda and visible abs but doesn’t really have leg muscles, lifts quite light, has horrible form, does stuff like donkey kickbacks, fire hydrants with booty bands and says that these are the key to growing your glutes, uses phrases like “toning your …..” and “how to get xyz in 4 weeks”, 9 times out of 10, she’s a scammer.

Those are my dads shoes wtf?
Sometimes it’s fun to imagine what it would be like to see one of these edited insta bodies out in real life… i like to picture them walking around and how unnatural it would look to our eyes in real life.
You gotta be apex stupid to take a heavily edited body pic in front of a reflective surface
I always doubt pictures where the spine doesn't look normal, in this case, the reflection confirms it.
Never pay for anything a fitness influencer is selling! Unfortunately their very good at scamming
She forgot to photoshop her reflection - that chin and that tummy do not match.
It’s so sad to me that these people don’t understand that literally no one has these body types. When have you ever gone anywhere and seen someone who looks like a cartoon character??? It’s honestly sad.
Damn reflections!
Reflections don’t lie…
Are those her dad’s shoes?
Mirror mirror on the wall, who is the worst shooper of them all?
Damn I thought she was real
Nooo, is this Tammy? I have followed her for YEARS 😩
same I went to her insta to check and indeed - the photos are there. I cringed so much 😵💫
Where is the other arm?
The reflection says it all
The reflection doesn't match. People don't pay attention to the whole picture when editing and it shows.
She couldn't edit her shadow on the glass lol.
The reflection tells the truth lol
If you’re gonna shop your body, should probably shop your reflection too lol
You need to install an app for your reflection too, apparently it doesn’t work on shadows and reflections
Did she forget her shadow?
Her ankles are even different
I love how in the reflection you can tell what she really looks like
Is her fitness app just a bad photoshop program?
The window reflection assassinated her.
Awww her shadow snitched on her 😭
“I know, I’m a fraud! It’s not like normal women can have this ass!”
At least she didn't edit down her cankles?
All she had to do was crop it lol so she's not that bright either
Top half says I'm going to work out, bottom half says I'm off to mow the lawns.
Lol!
[удалено]
Yup
I love how it looks as though the reflection was wearing a blue skirt.
I like turtles but not the bitey kind.
It's sad because in her reflection, her body type looks just fine??????? Like, people would already kill to have a body like that.
You thought her real body was this snatched or you knew she looked like the reflected image?
Does the app come with filters too?
Is her knee ok
Like girl your actual reflection is RIGHT THERE How can you be so fixated on your image that you don’t even notice your own reflection? I feel like there’s some kind of sad irony there
All all the comments on that IG post… how do people not notice such blatant editing?? No l wonder everyone is depressed and anxious with self esteem issues
At least crop out the reflection 🤣
That’s brutal 😬😬
Her window doesn’t
It looks like she has a defective window.
My advice to anyone getting into fitness: stay far far away from social media for fitness related things. There are only two people I follow online for fitness advice. The online fitness influencer community is just extremely unhealthy in multiple ways.
did she switch entire bodies? The shoes in the reflection doesn't match😂😂😂
If you’re looking for a new app, I use Lilly Sabri and really like her. She looks incredible but in her hip dip video makes it a point to say that hip dips are completely normal to have. Great workouts without making me feel bad about myself.
Thank you I’ve been looking for some new workouts
they’re all lying to you, stop believing influencers 😅
Is she gonna mow the lawn and grill a mean burger later?
Lololol the reflection 😂😭😂😭 Its so BLATANTLY obvious, it hurts 🥺
Maybe it’s time to switch apps.
That reflection betrays her lol.
Clearly ya need to stop cuz it ain’t even working for her
My uncle wears those shoes while barbecuing in his bath robe
No one’s back curves like that. When have you ever seen that irl? These ppl are the worst. Not to mention she’s had a ton of plastic surgery
Could be worse, at least it isn’t a brain app
I’m actually, pleasantly, surprised those aren’t being pushed by influencers. I remember about 15-20 years ago training your brain for better memory and quick thinking was kind of a *thing*. I guess with tik tok around, one cares about being smart anymore.
DO NOT use her app or guides! She has had surgery before and been caught
Her reflection is like if Hilary Clinton’s ankles were a person
Pete?
I think the real crime here are those shoes lol
But I have to say, the photoshopper did a good job
"I use this girls fitness app" See, without the "literally" it also works.
Don’t get me started with Male Fitness Models
You would not believe how much the PSD Diet has worked for me! I was able to cut out extra weight, smooth out my curves, and even cropped my hair.
I think her reflection is beautiful, it’s a shame she thinks this is necessary:(
Always find it so weird and sad how people are never okay with how they look. They always portray to others what they wish they would look which really shows their insecurities and then others get insecure because someone else "looks" so "perfect". Abolish Instagram and our tradition of posting pics of ourselves to Internet to seek fake validation
I'm just guessing that she's a fake hottie and a fake software developer - but we may never know.
The shadow person in the reflection (left of torso) is unsettling.
poor girl. zero self esteem
Don’t buy shit from influencers please, including apps. There are better ways to get into fitness/health/whatever they are selling that are effective and don’t contribute to keep those delusional beings scamming people.
Even if the reflection wasn’t there, you’d have to be pretty stupid to believe that’s a natural shape
You should probably stop using it. LOL.
Hope it’s free
Why do you?
Wearing every dads mowing-the-lawn shoes
Her reflection should use her app too.
Hope you ended that subscription
The reflection is the before shot, this is the results of using the app. Yup, that’s it
love that the reflection has a double chin
There’s no way this isn’t satire. The reflection is so obvious
Guess you could start using her filters too?!
I find it weird that any suckers can actually believe a human could be that shape.
Don’t use it. Don’t normalise this behaviour.
I can’t stand this girl. She always has the same face in all her photos and acts like she’s a model. She’s always annoyed me
Why does the couch have a stepping stool around it?
She edited her face too. The reflection profile doesn't match her features. I don't think anybody's noticed that yet. The rest of it is so blatantly obvious, it distracts.
Organs? Never heard of them.
Reflection on the window tells no lies and for the people who follow these false idols on social media wtf y’all doing following fake people smh
Homegirl could have at least photoshopped the window reflection💀✋
The reflection 😭
lmaoooo the glass gives it away
Ah yes the best fitness app, photoshop 😂
I used to look up to her and wanna look like her, tried to get her app but was too broke, then found her manuals free on adobe and it’s the most standard BS manuals you can ever see. Fake and disappointing
she forgot to photoshop her reflection lol
Can’t edit a reflection I guess
OMG I follow her on Instagram. I really thought her butt was that big IRL.
