I know there’s a lot of differing opinions on this, but during the middle of my stims, I was so stressed, worn down, isolated, etc… at one of my US appts I broke down and said, “I just want to have a glass of wine and relax!” To which the US tech opened the door to the three RE’s standing in the hall and says, “hey! Can she have some wine???” To which they all, in unison, gave an emphatic, “YES!!!!” I had a glass of wine.

After my ER the nurse told me it was totally fine to have some wine the day after and days leading up to transfer! I didn’t even ask she just told me so I think it’s a common question 😂 she just said no more wine after transfer. I think whatever keeps you sane during this process (within reason or course ha!)
