Checked with a temp probe at lower/upper pipes , what's the difference? Read at temp sensor too Non contact thermometer helps.
Do your readings match engineering mode? Within a few degrees.
Do the fans switch on/off with ac?
Bled the coolant properly? May have air bubbles still
Got errors on the dash?
Is there hot air in your heater when it claims to be hot
Got bubbles in your radiator or blowing white smoke? Blown head gasket?
Bled the coolant seveeal times. No check engine lights or codes.
Heater is deleted since we live in the middle east.
And no bubbles checked the head gasket with certified mechanics.

GM original cap. I will try reads with probe fans work with ac ok.

Super basic question, but do the fans run while aircon is off? Is it picking up the temp and switching on the fans with normal idling?
Sadly no. But the temperature won't reach over 100 C° on the gaughe.
