I'm assuming this is for Marketplace plan?
If so, then your family did the right thing. They should not include the income of anyone outside their tax filing household.

They can amend the returns. They didn’t mess up, why would your parents accountant even have your return info if they weren’t including your income on the tax return?!
He doesn’t. In 2019 I was a dependent but now in 2020 they want to not claim me anymore because they didn’t include my income in the health insurance estimated income
Comment removed. For health insurance purposes, household is yourself, your spouse, and any tax dependents. It is *not* who you physically live with.
