Did the White Base perform a barrel roll in the original anime?
My memory of 0079 is hazy, so I want to make sure of something. Did the White Base perform a barrel roll in the anime, or am I mixing it up with a maneuver the Archangel performed in SEED?
Just checked, and yep. The *White Base* **did** pull a roll. It was animated somewhat weirdly, so I guess it didn't stick in my head as much as the *Archangel*'s roll.
Mirai absolutely did rotate it to shake off one of Ramba Ral’s attacks

White base doesn't do any rolling. Archangel does an ~~aileron~~ barrel roll.
The Archangel DID roll in SEED. Not sure about white base though
