Hi! I’m new to the gym and I want to know what exercises specifically do you do? I mostly just do 30 mins on elliptical and focus on my machines for my thighs.

\- I do a mixture of body weight training and weight training, I make sure to hit progressive overload targets every time. I alternate push/pull upper body days and legs/glute days. I train abs twice a week on one of those days x
