I don't hate it. But I'm partial to have 3x Liverpool and having at least someone from City's attack. Grealish for me due to pricepoint. But overall a strong team. Just think Bowen as good as he is has some tough fixtures and you might be better served with Diaz or Mount or Mahrez.

My alternative was to drop Sancho for Rashford and up Bailey to Martenelli.
I wouldn't double up on Newcastle defense personally. Pope to Mendy/Ramsdale or else Trippier to Doherty or a 4.5 like Dalot and use the .5 elsewhere.
I like the rest though I'm starting with Kane over Haaland.
Any thoughts on this three premium team? (plus an A or B if you have the time!)
A)
Ramsdale
TAA, Cancelo, Dalot, Robertson, N.Williams
KDB, Salah, Bailey, Martinelli
Kane
(Andreas, Archer, Stansfield)
Or
B)
Robertson > Diaz
Andreas > Neto
C looks great, however I think you need that premium who's reliable for captaining, you might not want to captain any of those every GW.
I do like B, although i'd probably go A for old reliable as a semi perma captain, also Chelsea defence looks a bit iffy and we don't know where James will be playing in it yet.

Really nice team. I’d keep what you have over Watkins/white. Martial and Zinchenko both feel more explosive to me. Given Chelsea’s pre season I’d stray away from Mount but Chelsea always seem to do well in adversity lol so who knows
Interesting squadron. It looks strong in all areas. I've got a few questions, though, if I may?
a) are you still trusting Chelsea assets in spite of the reported disharmony in the squad at the moment?
b) are you concerned about potential Kulusevski rotation once Richarlison's ban is up?
c) How would you fit Kane and/or Haaland into your squadron if they start the season in form?
a) agree its a risk, but I'll be amazed if Chelsea implode immediately and there's loads of options to jump off to, Maddison and Coutinho in particular
b) not convinced the threat is as large as this sub seems to think, Richarlison is more likely to deputise Kane and Son imo
c) Salah to Diaz, then upgrade either striker, otherwise slim down the 3rd/4th midfield options and GK/3rd defender to cheap inform alternatives that start strong. Personally find that premium strikers need to go mad to justify owning them alongside a premium midfielder like Salah
!thanks everyone seems to be blowing up their team structure for Haaland! I want an attacking and defensive asset each from the big six, and in that structure I'd rather drop Man U defence than Arsenal
Right, I think that this is it.
De Gea, Matthews
Cash, TAA, Robbo, Cancelo, Williams
Bruno G, Neto, Salah, Sancho, Andreas
Jesus, Kane, Greenwood
0.5 itb. Could use it on Ederson but that seems mad, or switch to a 4.5 keeper and spend another million somewhere.
I like it, I'd rather have Kane or Haaland and either Son or KDB so to have a premium in midfield, but this works. My main concern would be Grealish, Diaz and Sancho could all see rotation.
Pope / 4.0
Taa, Cancelo, Chilwell, Jonny /4.0
Salah, Saka, Maddison, Sancho, Bailey
Haaland / 4.0, 4.0
Or do I put Jesus for Haaland and upgrade 4.0 to Robertson and have 4.5 def as a sub
I'd probably downgrade Sancho and upgrade Chilwell to Robo.
Might be minor but worth keeping an eye on potential Jesus injury – https://twitter.com/FFScout/status/1551204542997479426
Archer and Greenwood are the picks by % but I would try and stretch to get a playing fwd if you can. If Pep does make to call to rest Haaland (say pre a UCL match) you have no fwd at all.
Neto to start with, we know more of him in the Wolves setup, he has had a decent pre season (i think) and wolves start with decent fixtures.
Lingard is moving to a new team in the middle of there pre season and to a promoted team who we don't know if they will be hot/not
I want to hear your opinions here.
Is it actually worth having 2 premiums in GW1-8? I'm looking through Salah's fixtures compared to the likes of Haaland/Son/Kane and there's a case to be made for captaining him every single GW. I'm questioning the point of having another premium if I'm just going to captain Salah over them every time.
Here's a draft I knocked up in a few minutes:
Meslier (Gazzaniga)
TAA - Robertson - Cancelo - James (N. Williams)
Salah (C) - Bowen - Maddison - Sancho - Martinelli
Jesus (Greenwood, Taylor)
This format gives me a stacked defence and midfield with plenty of proven haulers, with Salah as a permanent captain. Let me know what you think!
I like that 2nd Premium
a) if for some reason the premium (salah does not play last minute
b) if you select 2nd Premium (tricky as we have a few) but say Haaland and not captain, those that do captain him dont run away from you as you have points from him too
Yeah I like it because A) it saves a ton of money and B) eliminates any captaincy stress. I'm also tempted to drop Maddison to A. Pereira and then upgrade Taylor to Havertz, so I have Jesus + Havertz up top.
Quite a punty midfield, but if any of them come through I feel like it'll be worth it:
*****
Raya (4.0)
TAA, Robbo, Cancelo, Trippier (4.0)
Salah, Grealish, Rashford, Martinelli (4.5)
Kane, Jesus (4.5)
I have a No-Salah team for rating:
Mendy - (Gazzaniga)
TAA-Robbo-Cancelo-Dier-(Dalot)
Luis Diaz-Saka-Sancho-Grealish-(Bailey)
Jesus-Kane-(Plange)
\---
After GW1, I will move Kane to Haaland and I would feel comfortable having 3 players from City and Lvpool, my annoyance is not having 2 premiums to share the captaincy. Tried adding Salah, Son or KDB, but this implies sacrificing the deff, which I would really like.
My feelings:
\- TAA + Robbo + Diaz + spread 5m around the team > TAA + Salah + Diaz + downgrading the deff & mid
\- Bailey + Dalot > Pereira + Williams, but if I could improve the first 11, I could go back to them (Pereira taking the corners for Mitrovic looks really nice ngl). I would squeeze 1 mil. for this change
\- I don't share community's trust in Neto.
\- players that will be in my team for sure: TAA, Cancelo, Dier, Sancho and Jesus. All others are moveable based on what happens this pre-season or my analysis.
\- a bit scared going No-Salah for the first time. With captaincy it offers 500+ points per season, which is a good case for doing the wrong thing here. This is why, if I notice in the first 3-4 GWs that I was mistaken, I will for sure wildcard.
\- scared to have 3 Arsenal assets, because I was thinking going Mendy -> Ramsdale if Chelsea will play with 4 at the back.
\- Grealish will improve his FPL stats considerably in his second season with Pep, statistics show for KDB, Bernardo, Foden and Mahrez. I also expect to keep playing as the LW, Foden as CM and Bernardo and Mahrez to share minutes on the right wing. Also, it had great connection with Haaland in the Bayern game, for me it passed the eye test.

A lot of value in defence this year, I would love to have TAA, Robbo, Cancelo, however I want the best premiums for captain rotations, plus I think they will haul big most weeks anyway.
My thinking with the defence is to have them with great fixtures, and up until the first Wildcard I believe I am covered, Chelsea, Arsenal and Newcastle have great opening fixtures.
Thanks!
Chelsea defence has looked very shaky and the fullback seem less attacking. I would downgrade James and upgrade Martinelli to someone with a higher ceiling.

Personally I'm not convinced by Darwin just yet. He will probably still need time to adapt to the EPL style. I'd downgrade him and upgrade Martinelli/Neto to a 8.0 MID. Rest of the team looks great!
I think this team personally is too light in midfield. There is a lot of value in the sub 9m range in midfield that this team is ignoring.
Also this team would force you to play Martinelli, Neto and Dalot on a week to week basis. One enabler is fine but 3 on a week to week basis may be too much.

Thank you. Yes If G. Jesus and Salah start firing I'm in the mud for sure. They're the main two template players I'm missing.
Hoping Darwin is involved in LPL forward play to offset Salah/Diaz's risk. With Darwin being a semi-premium that sucked all my funds out of the midfield area, leaving me with Sancho who's having a good pre-season and could be undervalued right now, and Lingard who's a huge gamble but could be the main man for Forest.
I'm also avoiding James/Chilwell as Chelsea seem to be having a chaotic pre-season
RMT:

How detrimental is it to have budget Andreas Pereira in the starting XI?
I think expecting to be playing Pereira, Martinelli and Pereira on a week to week basis without a bench is asking for trouble.
I think it is clear that having 3 premium players is going to come at a great cost and if they all fire at once it could be a rank to be gained however if even one fails you have sacrificed a lot and may be forced into an early wildcard.
The problem with threemium is you only get the benefit of captaining one of them. Look at your 3 premiums and you'll realise you won't be captaining one of them that often.
Current draft:
Meslier (4.0)
Chilwell - TAA - Cancelo - Perisic (Neco)
Salah - Diaz - Rashford - Bailey (Andreas)
Haaland - Jesus (Greenwood)
I'm still tempted to give Darwin a shot, but will see how the community shield goes.
Any thoughts? Know it's fairly template, but wonder what I'm missing.
Perisic likely won't play 60mins if he starts. Better to wait and see for him. Chelsea is in shambles ATM, so their defence should be avoided until they sort it out

Im thinking Perisic -> Trippier and upgrade Raya to Mendy, im also probably going Kane to Haaland after GW1 but might wait and see.
Im also thinking Diaz -> Mahrez but im worried about Mahrez’s minutes.
a) Swerve the double Chelsea defence.
b) Try to upgrade Odegaard as he'll frustrate the life out of you assisting the assist more often than not.
Other than that, your team looks good to go. Good luck for the season ahead 👍
The first option IMO.
Kane didn't come close to Salah's numbers last season. Diaz/Mount are probably about even and I'd say Sancho isn't currently worth the £1m over Rashford. That could change after the first few GWs though.
That's a fair point. Personally I think a fully-rested Salah with this new-look Liverpool attack will be smashing in the goals early on this season, and as a midfielder gets a CS point and an extra goal point which Kane doesn't.
However I also think Kane is going to be a beast under Conte this season which is why I've got both in my team!
Don't focus on ideas of "coverage" in terms of teams. Rather, look at the coverage of price points. Knowing how many one or two steps away a player or players are is important so you can pick up players you like as the season progresses and in form players reveal themselves.
That's how you get the most out of your team.

RMT 0.0itb Steele (Sanchez) Trent Lamptey Perisic Dalot (N.Williams) Diaz DeBruyne Lingard Sancho (Milivojevic) Kane Haaland (Archer) - My main debate is moving Salah in over KDB, or another defender over Lamptey as to avoid too many Brighton defensive players.
Would suggest take Sancho out for Rashford, swap KDB with Salah and going for a wolves attacking wingback at 4.5 to replace Lamptey if you wanted to keep Sanchez/Steele.
RMT Mendy (4.0) James, TAA, Walker, Gabriel (Williams) Salah, Diaz, Mahrez/Foden, Martinelli (Andreas) Haaland, Jesus (Greenwood) Only players from four teams. No Spurs coverage which worries me a bit.
I’ve personally gone Mahrez and Kane to try and get city and spurs coverage.
Best 4.5 defenders?
Dalot Ben White
Lamptey mitchell pereira
Kulusevski vs man united boys ( Rashford. Sancho or marcial)?
Salah + Grealish/Zaha Or De Bruyne + Diaz
Raya (4.0) Trent, James, Dias, Romero (White) Salah, Mahrez, Rashford, Martinelli (Andreas) Kane, Jesus (4.5)
RMT: 0M ITB Ramsdale (Henderson) VanDijk Cash White Dalot (N Williams) Salah Son Sancho Bailey (Periera) Halaand Jesuse (Greenwood) Halland Jesus (Greenwood)lo, Robertson or James feel weird. What do you guys think?
Which would be the better option: A) Son, Haaland, Sancho, Diaz Or B) Salah, Kane, Rashford, Mahrez
Too many variables, but probably B
That’s what I’ve currently got because it feels slightly safer to bet on Salah.
RMT Fomo over not having salah kicking in. Don’t think his output gonna be the same because of the departure of Manè and arrival of Nunez. But his ownership seems to high to ignore. Not sure if I should have zinchenko over trippier as he will most probably feature in midfield if tierney plays. Nevertheless: Meslier Trippier cancelo Robertson Rashford Son Martinelli Sterling Harrison Jesus Haaland ( gazzaniga N.Williams Valery S Greenwood
RMT 0.0 itb Mendy (4.0) TAA, Cancelo, Trippier, Tomiyasu (Neco) Diaz, Rashford, Grealish (Bailey, Pereira), Kane, Harland, Darwin Thinking of getting rid of Mendy but don't know how to use that 0.5. Taking some punts that might not play, but I'm happy with my bench for cover.
I swapped Mandy for ramsdale
Solid squadron. You could always keep the 0.5 in the bank, you know? It might help with shifting Grealish if he ends up being a pain in the arse due to Pep roulette!
Would recommend taking Tomiyasu out because of injury. Dalot could be a good option for 4.5. Could downgrade Mendy to Raya / Sanchez and upgrade Rashford to Sancho or Grealish to Mahrez
!thanks for the Tomiyasu heads up! The downgrade wouldn't give me enough funds for those upgrades, which is why I might stick with Mendy in the end.
Yeah sorry I misread about 0.5m! Could always downgrade Bailey to Dasilva if you wanted to updated but if your happy with your subs then no real need
RMT: tinkering with a differential team with more Man Utd players for fun 1M ITB Raya (Balcombe) TAA Cancelo James (White) (N Williams) Salah Diaz Saka Rashford ASM Martial Jesus (Archer)
Martial could have a decent seadon, but you may want to reconsider based on his injury record alone
Yeah I’m banking on just the first few weeks before the first WC comes into play so hopefully he’ll survive
Thoughts and rating? GK- Sanchez (Steele) D- TAA, Dias, Gabriel, Reece, Robertson M- Martinelli, Mahrez, Salah (Andreas, Colback) F- Haaland, Jesus (Taylor)
Personally, I think your bench isnt good enough, especially since many of your players are a rotation risk (Haaland, Martinelli, Mahrez). I would downgrade Reece (shaky Chelsea defence) and upgrade a 4.5 mid to Bailey or Neto. At least one of your starters wont play every gameweek.
Would you suggest Reece -> Cash And then Andreas -> Neto
RMT Pope, (Gazzaniga) Cancelo, Perisic, Trippier, Chilwell (Walker-Peters) Coutinho, Bernardo Silva, Son, Maddison (Bailey) Jesus, Kane (Leeds Greenwood)
**Raya/Meslier** **TAA - Cancelo - Zinchenko** **Salah - Diaz - Neto - Rashford - Grealish** **Kane - Jesus** 3-5-2, bench: **4.0, Patterson, N.Williams, Archer** What do you think?
Gabriel over zinchenko maybe?
Dier vs Romero Any thoughts spurs fans? Wondering who to go with (both same price and both seem nailed). Are either likely to get more G/A?
None of those
Helpful 👍
Doherty and Darwin or TAA and Mitrovic? Think the latter is better, but Mitrovic has such awful opening fixtures
TAA and anyone 6.5 or under but Mitro. He's been in the PL before and he just doesn't get it done. Solanke, Mateta, Awoniyi are better shouts IMO.
(0,5 ITB, Kane to Haaland GW2) Any advice will be much appreciated: Ramsdale (Gazzaniga) Cancelo - TAA - Trippier - Dalot (N.Williams) Salah - Díaz - Saka - Bailey (A.Pereira) Jesus - Kane (Greenwood)
Really struggling with this choice 🤣 Son + Darwin Haaland + rashford
Son and Darwin fasho fasho
Hard to say without seeing your entire team. I'd go Haaland and Rashford.
Hello Lads, RMT please! Raya, (Hennessey) James, Trippier, Zinchenko, (Neco, Vesty) Salah, Sancho, Bailey, Martinelli, (Andreas) Haaland, Jesus, Kane I am going 3 Premiums. Thanks!
RMT 0.0 itb Raya (4.0) Cancelo - TAA - Trippier - James - Tomiyasu Salah - Bailey - Neto - Martinelli - Andreas Kane - Haaland - Greenwood
Chelsea defence has looked very shaky and the fullback seem less attacking. I would downgrade James and upgrade Martinelli to someone with a higher ceiling.
Raya - (4.0) TAA - Cancelo - Walker - Gabriel - Trippier Salah - Diaz - Mahrez/Foden - (A Pereira) - (Dasilva) Kane - Jesus - (4.5) Will replace Walker with Cash if Cucurella signs before GW1 Will decide which City mid after the Community Shield
Any disadvantages of going 4-3-3? Right now considering this squad (not trusting Chelsea def rn) 0.5 ITB Sanchez (Steele) TAA Cancelo Dalot Justin (Neco) Salah Diaz Saka (Andreas Dasilva) Haaland Jesus Awoniyi Could get Undav for Awoniyi but Awoniyi is more nailed I guess?
In my opinion most of 6.0 defender will out score Awoniyi ( man- city or Chelsea)
Solanke or Mateta IMO.
Yeah Awoniyi is definitely more nailed so I'd stick with him. I'd upgrade Justin (rotation risk) to Gabriel/Zinchenko personally.
RMT - GW1 Sanchez (Begovic) Cancelo, James, TAA, Dalot (Dunk) Martinelli, Salah, Neto (Andreas, Murphy) Haaland, Jesus, Darwin
RMT Ramsdale, 4.0m TAA, Cancelo, James, Digne, Williams Salah, Diaz, Rashford, Neto, Andreas Jesus, Kane, 4.5m ITB - 0.0 I really feel like Sancho will give better output than rashford but can't get that 1m from somewhere. Swapping digne for a 4.0m or James for a 5.0 or any other solutions or rashford is alright?
I think Rashford is great but if you want 1 mil - you can downgrade the keeper and ding - if you relly like Sancho
!thanks
RMT: Mendy / (forster) Robertson, VVD, Cancelo, Dias / (Vestergaard) Lingard, Sancho, Martinelli / (Andreas / Murphy) Kane (c), Haaland, Darwin
Very punty. Don't mind most of these individually but you've gone a long way off template which could really hurt you early on.
Thank you.
Swap Darwin for Jesus, upgrade lingard
I feel darwin is the best (non-salah) LPL forward, so I want to keep him in
Trent is cheaper and better value.
That's not a bad shout, going five at the back instead
Good luck 🙂
RMT: Sanchez (Steele) TAA, Cancelo, Ricardo, Tripper (Neco) AP, **Salah**, KDB, Martinelli, Sancho Kane (Taylor, Greenwood) How detrimental is it to have budget Andreas Pereira in the starting XI?
I think expecting to be playing Pereira, Martinelli and Pereira on a week to week basis without a bench is asking for trouble. I think it is clear that having 3 premium players is going to come at a great cost and if they all fire at once it could be a rank to be gained however if even one fails you have sacrificed a lot and may be forced into an early wildcard.
The problem with threemium is you only get the benefit of captaining one of them. Look at your 3 premiums and you'll realise you won't be captaining one of them that often.
Would you consider Vardy (9.5) as a premium? I could swap Kane (11.5) for Vardy (9.5) and upgrade AP to Bernardo (7.0)
It looks like he's going to be a starter with attacking potential so for 4.5m he could be a bargain, I'd be more worried about your bench to be honest
RMT please Raya (4.0) TAA White Walker Cash James Salah Diaz Martinelli (4.5, 4.5) Haaland Kane (4.5)
RMT: Mendy (Steele) Cancelo, TAA, Dalot, Zinchenko (Williams) Sancho, Martinelli, Salah (C), Diaz Kane, Jesus (Archer)
Cancelo + diaz or robertson + mahrez / other 8 mil mid.
B
Current draft: Meslier (4.0) Chilwell - TAA - Cancelo - Perisic (Neco) Salah - Diaz - Rashford - Bailey (Andreas) Haaland - Jesus (Greenwood) I'm still tempted to give Darwin a shot, but will see how the community shield goes. Any thoughts? Know it's fairly template, but wonder what I'm missing.
Perisic likely won't play 60mins if he starts. Better to wait and see for him. Chelsea is in shambles ATM, so their defence should be avoided until they sort it out
I would say bailey and perisic and maybe Chilwell are not 100% naild - and you don't have a sub that can cover
Sanchez TAA Cancelo Zinchenko 4.0 4.0 Salah Son Mahrez Bailey 4.5 Darwin Jesus 4.5
You have 1 too many players priced at the minimum. At least your starting XI should have players priced above the minimum.
I figure I could rotate between 3 of them depending on fixtures
RMT Ederson - Gazzaniga James - TAA - Trippier - Perisic - N.Williams Salah - Coutinho - Diaz - Bruno G. - Andreas Kane - Jesus - Greenwood Im thinking Perisic -> Trippier and upgrade Raya to Mendy, im also probably going Kane to Haaland after GW1 but might wait and see. Im also thinking Diaz -> Mahrez but im worried about Mahrez’s minutes.
RMT pleeeeeeze Raya Chilwell, James, TAA, Cancelo Kulusevski, Bailey, Odegaard, Salah Kane, Jesus Subs: Balcombe, N Williams, Andreas, Archer
a) Swerve the double Chelsea defence. b) Try to upgrade Odegaard as he'll frustrate the life out of you assisting the assist more often than not. Other than that, your team looks good to go. Good luck for the season ahead 👍
Great team. Personally I'd go Martinelli over Odegaard (inconsistent returns) and Diaz over Kulu (not nailed after GW1) but still like it.
Sterling Saka Toney or Kane Martinelli Sancho
The Kane option easily
Kane, Martinelli, Rashford for sure.
A) Salah, Kane, Martinelli B) Son, Haaland, Grealish
Salah, Kane, Martinelli for me.
A
Salah, Mount, Rashford VS Kane, Diaz, Sancho?
The first option IMO. Kane didn't come close to Salah's numbers last season. Diaz/Mount are probably about even and I'd say Sancho isn't currently worth the £1m over Rashford. That could change after the first few GWs though.
What about Salah vs Kane after Conte joined?
That's a fair point. Personally I think a fully-rested Salah with this new-look Liverpool attack will be smashing in the goals early on this season, and as a midfielder gets a CS point and an extra goal point which Kane doesn't. However I also think Kane is going to be a beast under Conte this season which is why I've got both in my team!
Then you are missing Haaland I assume, who is not moving out of my team :)
Ah, if you've got Haaland then I'd 100% go the Salah option to balance out your midfield!
I like the 2nd one more, sancho is imo worth a lot more than rashford, and I think Diaz is a better pick than mount in the 8m section
Agreed, the main question though is if Kane can match Salah.
I think fully motivated kane could. I'm scared of salah with the nunez focus as well as dire form 2nd half of the season
A) Tomiyasu + Diaz B) Robertson + Neto
RMT: Mendy (Steele) Zinchenko, Dalot, TAA, Cancelo (Williams) Sarah (C), Rashford, Grealish, Diaz (Andreas) Kane, Jesus (Archer)
I think Zinchenko, Rashford and Grealish all carry some rotation risk there
RMT please Ramsdale, (Forster) Robertson, TAA, Cancelo, James, (Patterson) Son, Martinelli, Salah, (Eze, Dasilva) Greenwood, Martial, Niketiah Cheers
🅰️ TAA & Dias 🅱️ VVD & Cancelo

Is it risky going triple arsenal with Gabriel, Saka and Jesus or should I do Saka to Mount to balance things out
In response to your question, going triple of any team is a risky move. I don't think Chelsea are in-form at the moment. I would wait and see.
Don't focus on ideas of "coverage" in terms of teams. Rather, look at the coverage of price points. Knowing how many one or two steps away a player or players are is important so you can pick up players you like as the season progresses and in form players reveal themselves. That's how you get the most out of your team.
Bazunu (Travers) TAA Dias Cancelo Doherty Collins Salah (C) Harrison JWP Sancho (Andreas) Haaland (Mitrovic, Edouard)
