how did you get this resolved? currently dealing with the same thing
Not a bad thing, you can leave when you want until they put it on the app without time being charge to you. Take an hour lunch , fuck off an hour early. Take advantage of it!
Edit: if you have no schedule no UPT should be taken, I don’t understand
I had this same issue except it was when I transferred from nights to days. No shift was showing up and my old manager was still showing up in my old profile. I went to hr a ridiculous amount of times too and they kept saying they'll fix it. I ended up emailing my site hr instead because It wasn't seeming to get across in person which seemed to get it fixed. Clearly email your site hr lay out everything.
This is what I Sent to them with screenshots attached as well.. if it helps as a template for you to send one
Hello I've already addressed this issue with site hr 3 times. I've also put in a ticket with the hr chatbot which was directed back to site hr again and was asked to come in on my next shift to provide more information. I also chimed a hr person from nights but still nothing has been fixed. I keep repeating my self over and over and no one does anything to fix my schedule issue. My schedule is not showing up on a to z. I recently transferred to days from nights my new shift code is DN2 0700-1730 and was supposed to start January 28th but in my profile its still showing that I'm on accommodation because I was on a hardship transfer but that ended on January 29th. It's also showing my old manager on my profile . When my new manager is supposed to be there. Ive attached screenshots of the issues. Its going on 2 weeks of this issue not being addressed or fixed. I dont really no what to do anymore as no ones cares to help me this is my last attempt at trying to get help. For reference my login is ----.
If anyone reads this please help and fix this
Good luck and I hope your issue gets fixed
You’re having UPT deducted and you have no scheduled shift? I’m confused by this, how much are/when are they deducting it??
no, i have no scheduled shifts so they’re not deducting UPT. my concern is that one day all my shifts will appear as well as all my UPT deducted at once
Yeah was thinking same thing
Are you sure you work there lool
Like others are saying, take screen shots and often. Keep a record of them. Keep going to HR. Leaving a paper trail will help you as well as talking to your AM. Basically annoy the shit outta them and they’ll fix it
Here's what you do.
Step 1: ctrl + print screen; save an image of your AtoZ hub; or phone showing you have no schedule.
Step 2: Take advantage of having no schedule because you work at Amazon and they will take advantage of your meat suit.
Step 3: Occasionally re-update the screenshot; I did this daily when my accommodation messed my whole schedule up. Going to school for EEC and they removed my schedule; since I was no longer 10 hours every day and my schedule changed; I was worried they'd try to hit me for UPT and when they eventually did, I provided the screenshots as evidence of their discrepancy.
Step 4: If they finally hard code your schedule, they can technically only pull UPT from the current pay period and previous but as I said in step 3; provide the screenshots as your receipt. Reach out to people HR, ask for privacy; be polite. Tell them; "I apologize for not attending work per my original hire contract, I was just worried and unsure of if I should be in the site without a schedule. I've heard of people getting fired for coming in when they aren't scheduled. Is there anyway you can help me resolve this? I really want to be in good standing, I just didn't want to have any issues since there was no schedule and this is such a "great" company to work for;" (which, indeed is a thing people get fired for; it's stealing company time and although that wasn't what this is(as I imagine your contract has your shift code and time listed) it still falls in that gray area where you can probably get away with feign insecurity and confusion.)
thank you soooo much for your response!!! when you had your situation did they reimburse your time when you provided the screenshots/evidence of no schedule?
Yes, they actually credited me back additional time when I expressed how stressed it made me and the inconveniences of it. Once I was able to sit privately with an HR rep, I stressed how frustrating it was and that had I been aware this would have come back in the form of UPT deduction, I would've worked to resolve it sooner, but had hoped the schedule would work itself out, as to be fair, it should. This is Amazon we are talking about; if they can do next day shipping, run AR sites, have 1000s of network and software engineers at their disposal, they sure as hell should be able to code an associates schedule correctly. Just my opinion though.
Edit: I would also recommend you try to start working your full shifts you were originally hired for starting ASAP. Although ultimately I'm advising to play the system, it will only work once, most likely. So start getting your feetsies ready, eat healthy and well if you can, stretch before work, advil is my savior, and know there is a light at the end of whatever MOD you are in, not those fluorescent lights.
They will go back and take everything
If they haven't given you a trouble ticket through the HR protal, I would recommend doing that as soon as possible. Anything dealing with your schedule and HR should have proof. Don't take anything verbally said as it is your words against theirs.
Your manager needs to put a ticket in with HR to get your schedule fixed. It would be wise to be honest about the whole situation.
Really? How? I am not op but I am starting soon so I wanna know what would cause the HR to do that lol
Oh ok lol
Bruh your ass is gonna get fired
OP is living the dream.
it izz what it izzz😭😭😭
