Honestly if I had never seen it before or heard anything about it, I wouldn't think to categorize this wheeled oddity as a truck. I don't think most people would.
i guess i never saw it from the back until now.. holy shit that is awful, didn’t they literally upgrade it since the first version that was terribly announced? and this is the best they can do?
How does this ugly-assed kiddie car look with a couple scratches and dents? There must be a reason why this garbage is only shown in sanitized conditions, such as driving down a city street.
The back to the future fan in me has to admit I kind of like the look, but can that rear fit anything at all? Seems super impractical. I would love a test drive but can’t imagine buying one.
Test Drive 3 (and other DOS games with untextured 3d models) fan in me has to admit it makes me nostalgic. But even Test Drive 3 cars had more polygons.

Funny you mention test drive...
It doesn't have a tow hitch? And you can see the side panels reflecting the sunlight like a mirror, that will be fun when people start suing the driver for causing accidents.
Those big flat panels of extremely stiff metal are going to make this thing look like a rusty, dented POS a year off the lot. Everyone who buys one will need to wrap or paint.
I am interested to see if it earns even remotely good IHHS safety scores. Jeep wranglers historically are very poorly rated for the very reason that they have a boxy, rigid body. While jeep has improved and rounded more edges to make the car safer over the past decade of model years, Tesla seems to have said hold my beer, and made a vehicle that is likely so dangerous for its occupants, pedestrians, and other vehicles
Let me take a guess. The other Tesla cars were designed by actual automotive engineers, but the Cybertruck was purely Elons design and that’s why it looks like Homer Simpson made it.
Saw a Delorean on the road last week. These things won't be around 1/10 that long (obviously they aren't ever going into production but if they do somehow).
Reminds of an Aztec, goddamnit that’s now permanently in my brain.
Also are truck beds not designed to fit pallets? I doubt a forklift can get a pallet in there
I’ve always wanted a car that looks like I’m playing an open world video game on shitty computer where all the other cars render properly except mine.
God you nailed it, that’s exactly what it looks like.
This is gold.

when I first saw the cybertruck my first reaction was "wait that's a truck?"
mobile dumpster
Convection oven. For the occupants.
Once Elon finds a new CEO for Twitter I'm sure he will return to Tesla and get these trucks into production. \#BoycottTwitter
Like he did with the OTR or the 35K model 3 or self driving or production hell. Broken promise after broken promise.

What kind of truck doesn’t have a tailgate? They named a party after those things.
“Sir, you cannot drive your home-made go-cart on the freeway. “

It looks like a doorstop. Did they not know how to use the curve tool in the CAD software?

I, too, am an ancient human being who played this.

Less aerodynamic Aztek

Like most Elon ideas it looked great on paper when you didn't think too hard on it.
Now they get to see it with no beer goggle filtering
The Tesla at home:

the bed seems like a complete afterthought if not nearly unusable.
a piece of garbage with a silly aesthetic trying to look cool. and program the masses for a future that will never take place. byeee 👋

The bigger, uglier version of the DeLorian that nobody wanted.

You're supposed to drive it at night or in tunnels. Daytime running is coming in the next ota update.
Someone bought this after: 1. Seeing how ugly it is 2. Watching them demo the un breakable glass that shattered in the demo How and why?
*someone put a 100$ refundable deposit Fixed and explained it for you
Yeeeeeeaaaaaahhhhhhh
But it has bullet proof......nm
That is the ugliest vehicle I've ever seen
Imagine getting blinded by a reflection of the sun and crashing right into that razor blades on wheels.
Looks like a cyber dump truck
My sink looks nicer than that thing
