I’m largely referring to deep sights, since there have been several guns from LW that I have desperately wanted to craft but couldn’t (the rocket now since it’s perk pool is SEXY).
On a side note, which would be better for the rocket’s DPS. Bait and switch or explosive light?

Yes. I have received at least one red border of every weapon so far. Drop rate is neither great nor terrible. I was averaging one red border about every 10 minutes.
Yep u can farm kalli either doing anarchy strat or doing the challenge for double drops. All encounters drop everything and she is by far the fastest.
