Epic shots! Expertly timed. A lot of hype goes to Ghost of Tsushima for being beautiful and a technical masterpiece. It is easy to say so, yet I have about 10 times more photos taken in Death Stranding over Ghost..

I feel you. Actually i didnt have time to try ghost on PS5 and even on base ps4 it was stunning. But the artstyle of this game just gets me.

They’re both great in that regard for different reasons. I’ve been in awe of the environment in both games.

Exactly. I play both of them. I love playing a session of Legends mode before bed when it is dark, it is a really wholesome experience.

Someone needs to chuck these into Wallpaper Engine and make some good wallpapers.

Awesome shot. Wish you could wear that mask all the time. Though I wish I could even play at all, they still haven’t fixed the private room bug. Been unable to play since before Christmas. I have a feeling they’re never going to fix it.

Thanks yeah it really does suck. Also I should clarify, I meant wear it without the battery drain being so awful. Even just for looks it would be cool without that drain.

I can’t leave the private room. Also the only thing in that room that has a visible button and is selectable is the backpack customisation. Tried pressing buttons, pressing start, trying to select things even if the menu button isn’t there but nothing. I’ve read up a lot about the bug, there’s not too many mentions of it but the main thing that seems to trigger it didn’t even happen to me. Also since I have no idea what triggered it, there’s no point in finding an earlier save. I just figured they’d get around to fixing it, but here we are.

Thanks. I just missing playing it, it was the perfect game to just chill with. Zone out and just be immersed in it. I could play it for hours and not even realise it’s been anywhere near that long.

Might be worth a restart, yeah it’s a slow burn game but I’ve replayed it a ton of times now, early game is pretty fun and it’s cool going on foot knowing the best route to take so you don’t end up making spaghetti roads.

I can’t bring myself to restart at this point. I put so much effort into it. Plus there’s a good chance it’ll happen again. So one of two things will happen. They’ll fix it and I’ll continue. Or in a few years I’ll chance it and start again.

Yeah I get that, when my save got corrupted I was pretty put down by it. But honestly I ended up enjoying my second play through more. Still miss that save though. If your ever up for it, restarting dosnt mean deleting the old save. But the intro is definitely pretty long.

Yeah it’s just too soon for me to even consider it, and if I do and it corrupts again I’ll probably be put off playing ever again. So I definitely don’t want to do it too soon. I still have a tiny bit of hope they’ll fix the bug.

Not sure if this’ll help or not, but I’ve experienced something pretty similar to what you’re describing, where I’m not given any button prompts to interact with anything. What has helped me in the past is to rotate the camera a full 360 degrees around the room (so for example, start with the camera aimed at Sam, then rotate the camera right all the way until it recenters on him). I have no idea why, but after doing that the button prompts show back up and I’m able to interact with everything normally. Worth giving a shot if you haven’t tried it!

Thanks, yeah I just wish they had a reliable point of contact. Some sort of direct customer service where they can correspond with me about the issue and at least tell me they are aware of it and will fix it. But as far as I’m aware there’s not really anything like that I can do unfortunately.

Death stranding is more of an experience than a game. Never felt the same way about any other game before. It just has something that you don’t get in other games.
