i remember this. was ridiculous, but a textbook case of how media coverage makes an unknown piece of shit into an infamous character that will be hard to forget.
Well hey thanks. I appreciate that. I wish I could be more active but life interferes. u/Goregirl89, Thanks for the ping. Hope you're well. I feel like we could set up some kind of automatic archiving going forward so that problem wouldn't happen again. That would give me a project to work on...
No problem, give credit where it's due! I've been great, thanks. I hope you've been well too!! And I'm not sure how to since I only upload directly to Reddit now. If they nuke my stuff it's bc they've nuked the subreddit and it'd be game over, really.
It was a crazy ride when he was running across the country killing all those guys, the media went crazy (woo-hoo ratings!). Thanks for sharing this goregirl, hope you're doing well.
I was on Miami Beach when that happened. We heard the the sirens and saw the patrol cars and helicopters. Had no idea until we flipped the TV on. Wild childhood memories.
Sad, I always wonder what would have become of Gianni, Donatella, and Versace as a company had this not happened, since I appreciate the house’s vibe.
I recently had lunch at the Versace mansion. It’s now a beautiful restaurant and hotel. I wish we could’ve seen more of the house while we were there, but most of it is for hotel guests only and rooms are somewhere around $1k a night.
I grew up in Pennsville, NJ. I remember reading about this when i got older cause i was only 6 at the time, I'd imagine the town was on edge for a while when it happened. This is the only murder i can even remember in my 30 years of living there, crazy.
I'm going to start posting what's left of my Imgur albums that u/BuckRowdy was able to find through the wayback machine.

Amazing. We love you both.

You could make a website. I know others have done it
Thank you! And thank u/BuckRowdy.

Thanks for your support, I've been doing great! Thank you.
Went to school with Reese’s son. I remember when this all went down. Crazy.

Crazy, I only had one image not available.
I clicked on the missing images and they appeared again
Oh great!! Glad you're back as well!
It’s eerie seeing Princess Diana in those photos at Gianni’s funeral, nobody knowing she’d be dead a couple weeks later.
What the heck is "prepple polish"?

There is a great book by Maureen Orth called *Vulgar Favors* about Cunanan and his spree. I highly recommend!
The FX series based on the book is excellent too. Darren Criss is incredible in it.
Omg you’re so right. I forgot it even existed! He was SO GOOD in it.
Very good read. Cunanan was one sick guy.
Very well written but most of the pictures aren't there.
Another case of what happens when you spoil a child, and create a monster in the process.
I missed all this. Can you fill me in?
