Warnock probably gets until the international break, but with Sheffield United and Hull I don’t see much changing Also I bet Alex Neil would get the job in that scenario, which, more pain

Sendmeaquokka

As much as Warnock has clearly lost it I think the problems are far bigger. Gibson has been making awful decisions ever since Karanka left. Back then it felt like we were moving with the times and modernising but now we’re far behind, hiring has-beens to plug the gap when inexperienced managers have failed. There’s no overall strategy in place; no clear vision in recruitment or how we play. Embarrassing really. I get the sense we’re just content to float around in the Championship and Gibson will only sack Warnock if we’re in the bottom three. Let’s hope Kieran Scott is in charge of managerial recruitment as well and can set a clear vision for the club. If not, nothing will change.

Warnock has to go right now. Alex Neil has done a great job with Norwich and Preston so why would he be a bad appointment. Preston played much better football with Neil in charge than we have under any manager in recent years. Look at how much they have struggled since he left and he had up in the top half of the table regularly massively overachieving. Neil would be a huge upgrade in senile inept Warnock imo.

I’d like to see him stay till the end of the season, we’re going through a bad patch but things can soon turn around and we actually have a decent team now.

TomPepper8822

Do you think the players are playing for him? Honestly I think they look dismayed with the tactics and most of them seem to not know what to do. It's just hoof it up to an isolated striker. Everything we are doing stinks of poor coaching and poor preparation. I honestly don't think he can turn this around at his age now I think he's too stuck in his ways to change his style. These players definitely aren't the sort who will flourish playing route 1.

Nah that Kieran Scott guy will pick the next manager, German or Austrian I reckon

That’s why I mentioned Neil tbf, they were sat together at the Forest game
