Door panels have been this way since the 80s-90s for the most part. Automakers tried to get away from having visible fasteners on panels so we got bonded plastic door panels instead of screw on handles of old.
drill some small holes, glue in wires. Drill matching hole in the door side. reassemble while gluing wires in the holes and finish it with gluing the remaining surfaces together
If you're looking to get it fixed, I would personally use some glue and a couple of self tapping screws to fix it back in place. Otherwise you'll need to replace the entire door panel unfortunately.
That or the [plastic JB weld stuff](https://www.amazon.com/J-B-Weld-50139-Plastic-Adhesive/dp/B01IBOK7FE/ref=sr_1_4?crid=UTZCEKODW2V3&keywords=jb+weld+plastic&qid=1640746252&sprefix=jb+weld+plastic%2Caps%2C101&sr=8-4)
You can try plastic epoxy, but it'll probably break again soon.
Check www.car-part.com, it's a junkyard index. It's invaluable for stuff like this. You'll need a whole new door panel.
First, I'd look on ebay and check for aftermarket improved handles. The "New Beetle" was notorious for breaking interior handles. Lo-and-behold, there were machined aluminum handles on ebay that never had a problem.
Door panels are cheap and incredibly easy to replace. Either gonna be 7mm, 10mm or some Phillip screws to get it off, use a panel popper to get the panel off after you get the screws out. Undo the plugs & door handle cable and repeat the process backwards to install the new one. Should take 5 mins. YOU GOT THIS
Believe it or not Liquid Nail Max Fuze(black container) would work. Its a super strong construction adhesive. Ive used it on outside moldings, panels, etc on my old car and it lasted through car washes, winters, and constant movement.
Go to a scrap yard and get a used door panel. It'll be extremely affordable.
Bonus if you go to a self-pull yard, because then you get some practice on disassembling before you touch your own vehicle.
In the meantime just put a bunch of superglue or epoxy on there, and use tape to hold it in place while it bonds overnight. If it comes off again, put a deck screw in each side. You have to replace the whole panel anyways, so no sense in preserving this one.
I would just gorilla glue that shit back on but have you tried to just put it back on? I’m sure you can DIY something. Probably isn’t worth buying the whole door panel.
I would put gorilla glue inside the handle on the plastic components and slip it back onto the other plastic parts that remain on the door. The sun and heat along with heavy use can damage plastic. Just be more gentle on the handle next time and if it breaks again just glue it back. Unless you want to go through all the hassle of what others are suggesting. Shouldn’t be too hard I would imagine
Remove door panel. Drill 4 holes for threaded rod. Threaded rod thru handle portion, pushed to one side to allow handle inserted. Thread on nylok nuts onto both sides from inside of door panel. Reinstall. = permanent fix

You'll have to order the whole door panel to get the handle.
Why are cars like this now? Or where they always like this I just never broke my own car?
Door panels have been this way since the 80s-90s for the most part. Automakers tried to get away from having visible fasteners on panels so we got bonded plastic door panels instead of screw on handles of old.
It’s also far cheaper to have fewer fasteners/ individual components
drill some small holes, glue in wires. Drill matching hole in the door side. reassemble while gluing wires in the holes and finish it with gluing the remaining surfaces together
Great advice. Will probably last for at least a couple weeks
If done correctly it will outlast the factory door panel
Exactly.
He can do it again next weekend then negative nelly
r/thereIfixedit
Also never use door again; there **is** another
That's too much work. Just ram in a couple deck screws you got laying around
Probably easiest to get a new door panel
It cheaper to just screw them on though.
True might not be as secure though, up to this guy.
Call around to junkyards and see if someone has a door panel.
You can use car-part.com to search many junkyards.

JB WELD
The Ferrari door handle delete. Thats a $200 upgrade.
Because weight is the enemy
whole bunch of JB plastic weld.
Remove doorpanel, dril some long screws in the handle. And put some glue at the end of the handle should last a long time that way.
I'd take it apart and JB weld and reinforce with screws.
Super glue
That or the [plastic JB weld stuff](https://www.amazon.com/J-B-Weld-50139-Plastic-Adhesive/dp/B01IBOK7FE/ref=sr_1_4?crid=UTZCEKODW2V3&keywords=jb+weld+plastic&qid=1640746252&sprefix=jb+weld+plastic%2Caps%2C101&sr=8-4)
Epoxy the shit outta that
Nope, it's your new home now
It's fine

New door panel. No matter what you try to glue it with, it will never be strong enough, sorry to say. Truly the worst piece to break
Congrats. You discovered your secret Power...
Self tappers baby
Stop pulling it so hard. Now you can rivet in a fancy piece of leather and all it a luxury.
Naw use some liquid nails from home depot that stuff is way stronger than any kinda glue
Is that a Mitsubishi
Ram lmao

Thank you!
Some well-placed trim-head screws, two on each side, reinforced with epoxy will leave only minimally visible holes and likely hold up for gentle use.
Yikes lol
Epoxy glue Will fix it, and probably never breake again .

Looks like a ford
Ram go brrr
Junk yard.
There's no helping now, the gods have forsaken you.
Time to repent

Use a plastic Epoxy to fix it back in place, or get a whole new door panel
Oops…
Door pocket is new handle = fixed
Ahh yes

It slides in right over top. But since no connection it falls off once you close the door lol.

I need help finding this part for a 2013 Ram 1500 Driver side door
(Movie trailer voice) Made. In America.
How hard you got to close the fucking door you inbred😂😂😂
It's my fathers lmao. He bought it already loose and it was just wear over time. So last owner treated it rough
I said that about my ex and the courts didn’t have the same view as rough..
