Yesterday was like dream scenario of outcomes lol Mariners win, Cards lose embaressingly, Mets lost embaressingly, and Rays Guardians series is whatever.
The Mets living in misery because of the Cubs is hilarious: Gunshy at the trade deadline because of losing PCA to them last year, get swept by them to lose the division by tiebreaker, get mowed down in G1 of the wild card by Darvish who was traded to the Padres by them.
Only a couple wins from facing the winner of the Phillies Cards to having to beat both the Padres and Dodgers to make it to the NLCS. End up with 3 catchers on your postseason roster non of which are hitting right now including your #1 prospect who is getting put in high pressure scenarios constantly only to fail. It's incredibly vindicating right now
