I will say it would be much more amusing to watch the cardinals clown out the brewers than it would be to watch them clown out the Phillies
My bad didn’t know we liked the brewers all of the sudden 😂
Don't want to beat a man when he is down and he seems like a wonderful human being.... but at a record of 43 and 42 the Cubs are an above 500 team since Jason Heywards last appearance in a game.
Phillies have four against the nationals and three against the Astros, brewers have four against marlins and three against the Dbacks. Milwaukee’s to lose at this point
Imagine where we'd be if Stroman hadn't got hurt and had COVID, if that ump hadn't run over Nico, if Seiya's finger hadn't fallen off, if Villar hadn't single handedly lost like, 5 games.
Having the 3rd(?) best pitching in the NL was not on my 2nd half bingo card.
I'll take it though! Here's hoping these are some legit breakouts rather than short lucky streaks.
Ride these pitchers to a wildcard next year baby!
Win the last two series against the reds and we’re a sub 90 loss team. I don’t think we’re as far away as we thought.
Also, we have been a lot better since we dumped the old veterans that were just existing on this team for the first few months of the season
Can someone plz tell me if the rockwell st cubs parking lot operates tomorrow for the game? Its not a night game but also technically not a weekend so Im unsure
How long has it been since I felt genuinely optimistic about the second half of a season ending far below .500? Seriously, I might even start to pay attention to moves during the off season now, maybe the winter won't seem so long, or so cold
A season series sweep of a playoff contender?!?!? OH BABY
THAT;S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT! HELL FUCKING YEAH
we knocked them outta the playoff race for the moment!
The Cubs casually went 21-10 this year against the best division in the National League.
I would like to subscribe to "Cubs did kick some ass in 2022" facts please
Hey Milwaukee - you’re welcome.
I guess the only way we could really repay you guys this year is beating the Cardinals in the playoffs then losing in the next round
It DOES feel good to beat the shitbirds in the playoffs...
I’m buying you a beer brat with kraut
I wanted to hop in this thread gingerly and say thank you and hop back out but I will piggy back on my brew crew brothers comment and say thanks!

Hey Phillies you just lost to the 2022 Chicago Cubs
Imagine not being able to win a single game against the 2022 Cubs. Even the Nationals could do that.
This is just the Phillies end of season collapse. Do we know who they play to finish out the season? Asking for a friend

They’ll (Phillies) lose the series against the Astros. I don’t know about the Brewers
Lost every game this season*

Might even be .500
Assad shows some flashes here and the defense is stellar. Not a bad win at all. Good to finish strong.
As what I thought the Cubs were down and out (100 loss season) they somehow bounced to 70. MARCH TO MOTHAFUCKING SEVENTY!
<3 U
You dont actually mean that, but I'll accept it.

Steele and Wesneski gonna be big next season.
6-0 against the Phillies this season. Imagine not winning one game against this Cubs team LOL

As a fan of both these teams playing, I’m left with nothing but bitter disappointment going into the playoffs
If you would’ve told me in April, knowing how they were constructed, that *this* team would only lose 90 games or less, I would take it.
Cubs getting hot right before the playoffs! Lol
Brewers fan popping in to say thanks!
Can someone plz tell me if the rockwell st cubs parking lot operates tomorrow for the game? Its not a night game but also technically not a weekend so Im unsure
Anyone can plz answer ?
Hey Phillies, you really suck.

You should def pay attention this offseason.
