Halloween came early?
I can't see what ur holding sir ...r u holding John Cena 🤨🤨🧐🧐
That’s about 80% spooky
Lmao aren’t they supposed to be 75% lowers now?
How do you remove those markings left by the machine? I don't know anything about CNC.
You can do a finishing pass where you basically just buff them out. Or plan tool paths with different tools to minimize these marks in the first place.
True, but because there are so many odd shaped surfaces, lowers are usually bead blasted or tumbled. There are pros and cons to either option.
Here is a terrible quality video showing bead blasting... [https://youtu.be/IK047uE33Mw](https://youtu.be/IK047uE33Mw)
Here is a video showing tumbling.... [https://youtu.be/4nQABklfdrs?t=33](https://youtu.be/4nQABklfdrs?t=33)
You can use different tumble media and adjust the tumble time to achieve different finishes.
Then prior to anodize, they usually get a heavy acid etch which cleans the parts and removes metal uniformly and roughens the surface of the aluminum to give it a uniform, matte finish.
I’m scared now.
I feel so triggered
Get it away from me! Get it away from me!! ...unless I am clean
