Happy to start off, Cash is coming in from the Jewell well and Rangers’ first well is fully funded. What’s stopping Brookside from bringing forward and making a start on Flames?

Kreia1

Will Flames be operating in year 2022 and does BRK have any intentions to do a share buy back with the millions that they’re now earning

pxrock522

Giving the slump of SP, is there any plan for director to buy on market to build up investor confidence, I think that's the bit missing at the moment

Sorry_Refuse1852

Always worth remembering that if the Director has some inside info vs the market. They can’t (well shouldn’t) trade. There could be all sorts of negotiations going on that would preclude trading …. Just sayin’

pxrock522

also I've seen BRK is trying very hard to get institution support(the recent involvement with spark+ is a good sign), but still seems like it's heavily lack of institution support as majority of the holders are retail, retails generally have weak hands and sheep mentality, this further contribute recent SP slump. It's definitely not healthy for a stock without much institution support, is there any reason management can explain why this is happening?

Adrenaline06

What is the tentative timeline for the drilling of the Flames well and is the company confident that they can fund the drilling of that well without tapping the market for another cap raise?

Dreams216010

Given the high interest in leasing acerage in the SWISH AOI , is BRK positioned to pick up further strong acerage in this area considering the high level of competition from the big Oil and Gas players in the area. thank you

Dredd_84

And generally speaking how much do these acquisitions cost?

danpech88

Some interesting discourse on this " questions to DP forum" but more "actual" questions needed.... 3 from me. 1) You provided pre drill guidance for the Jewell well in terms of a base case 1300 BOEPD ( 800 BD oil and 500 BOEPD gas) and 1500 BOEPD high case along with a production vs time chart. Can you please provide an actual vs predicted flow chart for the Jewell? 2) Have the incredible results coming from the Sundance kid well resulted in a change/ upgrade to your assessment of the Rangers DSU and Rangers well productivity in general? 3) Can you provide pre drill guidance for the Rangers in terms of base , high case production numbers, oil/gas mix and estimated NGL per MMCFG raw gas ratio.?

danpech88

Hey mate, do you want the questions here or asked through the email?

TheProfessional0001

Either way is fine

Dredd_84

I have a few, Given the number of detailed explanations Danpech has provided us, and the complexity of the business. Does BRK believe they are marketing as well as they could? (rhetorical question, the answer is NO) The real question is, How is BRK going to attract new investors? Given the current cash position and near-term revenue increase, is BRK done with credit raises? The world is turning to renewables! Are there any plans of diversifying into renewables and if so what opportunities do you think are available in BRK's future?

The_Growler_69

"The world is turning to renewables! Are there any plans of diversifying into renewables and if so what opportunities do you think are available in BRK's future?" Why? https://doomberg.substack.com/p/theres-not-enough-oil

Dredd_84

Cause renewables or green energy is the future and it would create stability for shareholders. It appears to be what the market wants, not my personal view. The opposition to oil companies is getting stronger and stronger, take the latest Bill submitted in congress in the last week to ban fracking! That doesn't help build reassure investors that their investment is safe, again not my personal view but fact.

The_Growler_69

I just think it's weird an investor who knowingly invests in am O&G play would be asking if the company is considering 'renewables. I'm making the assumption you knew BRK was an O&G play. In terms of reassuring investors their investment is safe, which do you consider to carry more risk: 1. An O&G company pivoting away from their core competence 2. A company concentrating their efforts in an area of core competence Would it not be easier for you to pivot out of O&G into a sector the market wants?

Dredd_84

Instead of saying "not my personal view", here is my personal view! I am happy with my investment and would be carrying close to 7m if I didn't. I am however, not blind to the world scene and have witnessed many companies diversify. Given that BRK has done nothing but the right thing, improving its outlook and yet SP doesn't respond. This could be to a number of factors, CR, options, SOI, market cycles... who knows time will tell. But I do know one thing, the vast majority of the market doesn't give a shit about O & G plays. It was a question out of curiosity and I almost didn't ask the question because of the solid plan BRK have and it's early days at that. Don't assume anything!

The_Growler_69

Good response. Thanks. I think a pivot from their successful strategy would be disastrous. But I do get your point that BRK are doing everything right and kicking goals but the SP is no responding. I think there is a couple of things at play here: 1. The belief each well will require a CR. Let's face it we have 2 wells funded by a CR. Mass conversion of the oppies is tantamount to a CR at 0.011. Ouch! Which is why I hope to see work started on Flames sooner than later based on the stellar cash flows we expect to see in the Dec 21 Q. 2. The market not understanding the real estate appreciation play. If/when we can sell some proven reserves then the BRK business model will have been proven. PS. You've got a decent sized holding; so well done. I hope you are in the green and good luck!

pxrock522

another question for me is can company disclose top 20 option holders if it is possible? cheers

Peto2810

What is the general feeling of T20 option holders and have they given any indication or assurance of conversion with respect to funding operations and Flames? Would option conversion coupled with existing production and cash on hand fund Flames drilling and completion? Will there be any underwriting of remaining options that are not converted post expiry date? If so who would that likely be offered to? How is the 2022 forward plan of operation works, acquisitions and potential divestments looking in the company's view? How has the listing on the Frankfurt Exchange been received and has there been any feedback from European investors? Is there plans for expansion to US markets? Given the US is liikely more familiar with the business model and PE funding, would US investment opportunity be better received than existing ASX market opportunities? Keep well cheers Paul 😀

What assurances can you give to shareholders that you have there best interests at heart? the SP has slumped on the back of a poorly executed cr - what is the company planning on doing to improve Sp and bring about positive momentum that was destroyed due to management giving free options to cps. is there any rewards in store for holders if the upcoming wells (next 4-5 wells) are successful? ie share buy back, special dividends? What is the sp/market cap aims for the next 12 months and how do you plan to achieve it? Do you regret the free options given to cps and can you re-assure shareholders that disaster wont happen again? AND the people advising these poor executed cr will they be show the door when there contract comes to an end? Will you speed up the construction of the FLAMES with the 12m free cash and cash flow from the current wells? i am bullish on brk but i want management to come out and put Share holders 1st not cps what would dp say to that statement regarding the recent Sp downturn on the back on the cr? Any and all these questions i would like answered specifically by DP himself and or other upper management

The_Growler_69

I can basically summarise your questions as: The SP is down and you want assurances from DP that it will go back up. Have you ever seen a company director give SP guidance? You keep saying you are bullish but a lot of your posting gives the opposite impression. Your questions are full of emotion: regret, disaster, poor execution etc Look at your HC post when the last CR was announced. Your first impressions were positive. What has happened since? The SP has retraced (but up 350% from the lows) and you have been looking for something/someone to blame. https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/55076288/single

Pastry1

Still bullish but I'm not a sheep like some investors if they are giving away my money (retail money) i want accountability I said this at the time of the CR just becuz a company is doing well that doesn't mean it is doing well for its shareholders and vice versa. Twitter if one of the biggest social media platforms but it has neglected shareholders and essentally done nothing jn the interest of shareholders thus been a terrible stock to hold for the past 6 years. I dont need assurance the SP will go up I need assurance when it does management won't give that money to investment bankers and DP mates a cps BRK fundamentals are great im sure the company will make money they doesn't mean it will make money for shareholders if you haven't learnt that from investing in the markets then I dare say you shouldn't be investing in the market I honestly believe it is fear of not pulling holders 1st that is keeping this company down

The_Growler_69

If you want accountability, then call or write to DP. Air all your grievances and hear what he has to say. Airing your grievances on social media will not achieve anything positive for you or the stock. If after talking to DP, you are dissatisfied then sell and move on.

Pastry1

Isn't that essentially what this is? It is always better to ask as a collective then as an individual. The fact is your orginal comment was a Muppet comment. Take the L and move on Management need to know a larger section section the investor group might be unhappy if things don't improve. If you honestly can't understand these basic principles do not invest in shares! That isn't financial advice

The_Growler_69

What do you mean by "Muppet comment" and "take the L"? I understand the fundamentals of BRK are improving: 1. Jewell exceeding performance expectations 2. About to start drilling the 2nd well where a nearby well has had an exceptional result 3. Higher WI in Rangers 4. Increased acreage 5. WTI higher than when Jewell was first funded Which "larger section" is unhappy? A few retail holders on HC? Compare your questions to those submitted by others. They seem to be focused on the future plans like Flames. I'd also like to know if they could drill Flames concurrently with Rangers. It could help dispel the notion of each well requiring a CR.

Lew_Zealand78

Apart from a few people who actually use their real names twitter, hotcopper and whatever platform is used is the Wild West where anyone can post whatever crap they want. Suggest we ask no questions on the cap raise and everyone move one. On the basis that lots of stocks are down since the raise BRK actually timed things well. Four months on and lots of people are still complaining about it. Question wise, I’m most interested in flames, drill plans post flames, potential acquisitions…

Pastry1

Fair enough I would also like that information about post flames. I think acquisition speculation is just ppl on HC hoping more then actually true. I doubt Acquisition will come into play until we have a few more successful wells online to ensure we are worth a big buy out

Lew_Zealand78

Sorry when I said acquisitions I’m interested in acquiring additional acreage for other horozontal or vertical wells

Hi David, Our condolences goes out to all the people caught up in the mix of tornados over the weekend our thoughts and prayers are with them in this difficult time. How's everything faring over there is there anything Australians can do to help and what sort of drilling delays can we expect if any during these testing times?

>Hi David, Our condolences goes out to all the people caught up in the mix of tornados over the weekend our thoughts and prayers are with them in this difficult time. How's everything faring over there is there anything Australians can do to help and what sort of drilling delays can we expect if any during these testing times? Seriously? You read "tornadoes" in the "US" and somehow this relates to BRK? There were 31 tornadoes in OK in October and 25 in the previous 9 months of 2021.
