I am sorry but “Angelica as a jizz and breath” made me actually blow soda out of my nose the first time I watched it. It is just so absurd and crude I can’t help but love it.
PB's relationship with Pickles, it annoyed the living crap out of me. To be fair tho, it served as a fantastic plot device for other characters's development, most notably Diane, but I feel it took forever to get to where it needed to get, by which I mean they breaking up. Needles to say I wasnt a fan of Pickles.
Lowkey PB running for mayor, tho admitedly it got us some very fun moments, but it also felt like something that was gonna lead nowhere eventually.
PB running for governor is one of my least favorite, but one of my favorite scenes is "wow, you could actually become governor by a ski race" and PB saying "I know! It's times like this I wish I knew how to ski" I die laughing every time.
I liked it up to the fight episode. I thought that was the end of it, but then it goes into the weird bit of them trying to find someone for her to cheat with? Too uncomfy to watch.
I always forget that a lot of people hate Vincent Adultman. It’s one of my favorites; something about the animation and delivery of his lines just kills me every time.
I agree with you. I loved the "Todd is asexual " storyline, but the whole episode where they visited her family was just so *gross* I cringed. I would also say the sex robot gag was along the same lines but not as horrible.
The sex robot gag also really annoyed me after a while because it took a theme that the season was trying to explore seriously (sexual assault) and sort of cheapened it for laughs. Plus it flanderized Todd to look really clueless about sex in a way that almost seems offensive to asexuals.
I also hate that you can't say his name on this sub cuz of that stupid bot.
Huh, that's odd. [This post](https://www.reddit.com/r/BoJackHorseman/comments/13pb5jx/whats_your_least_favorite_storyline/jl9cxxb?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button) got the bot to reply, but yours didn't.
i loved the visiting family episode but i agree on the robot. he was also so gross to me when they could’ve made an ordinary person/animal be the creepy one instead
Part of the issue of the "pornography family" storyline is that it felt like they already covered that story gimmick with the sex robot. But now more ... crude...
I'm just gonna say: as an ace, that's *why* I love Todd and Yolanda's "Planned Obsolescence" B story. Because honestly, that is *exactly* what it's like to go through this world (which is conditioned to be far more inherently sexual than we're conscious of). The over-the-top sex positivity is actually quite comparable to going through a hypersexualized real world when sex is deeply uncomfortable for you.
I don't "hate" the character, but I do agree with the sentiment that it's largely a one-note gag (a quite funny one) that's stretched a bit thin. I think they needed to get rid of him when they did, because there was clearly nowhere else for the storyline to go.
I hate the PB and Pickles dynamic. I don't think she's unbearably annoying, but the constant cheating to make things even between them just really annoyed me.
I found the whole bird paparazzi trying to blackmail Bojack and nothing end up happening to be a bit underwhelming, especially since the end of S1E3 implied that there would be more severe consequences. It would have been nice to have some payoff, like maybe they release the photos to the media after Bojack’s second interview airs. Could have functioned similar to the tape recording from S3E1.
Other than that I don’t really dislike any storyline. Just like some less than others, but none of them were particularly bad to me.
Not a fan of the Todd storylines generally, but I really hated the sex robot (so cringe) and the reconciliation with his mother, which could have been interesting but ended up being so silly.
The scenes with Vincent Adultman and PC fill me with unbearable secondhand embarrassment, and it went on *so long* for a joke storyline lol. I just can't.
PB for Governor, and what felt like a season long build up to the pasta strainer bit.
Honorable mention: I liked the celebrity stealing club, but not sure what it added to the story overall.
Whatever Todd was up to to regain his father's approval and get his mother to talk to him again. Not sure if it was the weakest Todd story or if it was the last one and came across as the final whimper of a beached wale and bummed me out.
It's too bad that some of Todd's more serious qualities were never developed more in depth, such as the relation to his parents, which could explain a lot about his behaviour and attitude in general. Although his toddfoolery always cracks me up, and the PB living conversations are pure gold, it also feels like many of his adventures fail to hit the spot precisely because they remain so superficial. Exceptions are where he teaches bojack some lessons, that he needs to be better, or the true meaning of the hokey pokey, but he hardly ever seems able to teach himself these lessons.
The episode where Bojack almost sleeps with Penny. Never before had I had such an abysmally low opinion of him. It was uncomfortable and hard to watch.
It definitely wasn't badly written or anything, it just sparked a very intense visceral reaction in me.
As an ace, I absolutely adore the Todd/Yolanda/Lube story.
I have a few I don't love, probably no different than anyone else. (Penny/bojack, Hollyhock/bojack, Sarah Lynn and bojack's sex life, Sarah Lynn and her step-dad.) But I know they added large amounts of depth. One that I know added character development but just breaks my heart is PC and Ralph.
Honestly the whole episode when the therapist tells the story about the cast but with different names for example bojack is a zebra etc or Mr hazelnut spread I just couldn’t get into it
That joke gets old, but that’s a very important episode. It’s where Diane writes a Philbert episode where Philbert (Bojack) has to sleep with an underage girl. Diane doesn’t know exactly what happened in New Mexico but she knows something happened
PC’s relationship with that kid in the Trenchcoat. Was his name Vincent? I forgot, but it was funny for like one ep but I found that it dragged on for way too long to be interesting anymore
Pickles and PB's relationship, especially the part after Pickles found out PB cheated.
PB running for governer went on for too long.
Most of Todd's subplot.
The Bojack/Diane “will they/won’t they” in season 1.
I understand now after watching the show hundreds of times that the point of it was very one-sided, meaning Bojack was clearly the one who fell for her quickly and deeply despite her being with PB. But you could tell easily that Diane also had conflicted feelings towards Bojack, and the whole thing just frustrated the hell out of me. When he kissed her I wanted to slap Bojack so hard lol.
If not that storyline then definitely Vincent adultman or pickles & PB
All of philbert, I know it was important for the plot or whatever, but i just get so bored while watching those episodes and s5 just ends up feeling like a slog to get through
PB running for governor sucked
I felt honestly like yes some people do fake depression- but having a character like PB make it into a publicity stunt or shit invalidated people who fake happiness or put on a fake smile and said If you ever have a mask on or aren’t Diane all the time you’re not really depressed
Also half of Todd’s “goofy antics” that were actually harmful- they had a huge theme of just because of intention or being able to look good and charming doesn’t make you an actually good person- then we have Todd causing sexual assault and murdering people and it’s okay because he’s cute and funny- and the he “gets away with it because white privilege” at the end felt like a shoe horned in way to back down fro bad writing in the end as he’s not held half as accountable as other characters even by the mains around him
Could you please remind me of what instances you’re talking about when you say that Todd caused sexual assault and murdered people? I remember him starting some kind of war in cordovia when he was briefly prince but I don’t remember any other instances, especially not any sexual assault related ones.
Henry Fondle and making a “safe space for women” for SA and the death trap of Disney land for some examples whether they’re supposed to be played for comedy or not- making a joke out of that matches the tone of Bojack horribly- or at the very least doing so and portraying him as one of the more sane and moral ones is
Not my least favorite, but I never liked the Sextina Aquafina abortion episode. I guess it’s an attempt to find humor in one of the most divisive political issues (abortion), but I just don’t find it that funny/interesting
After rewatching that season I feel like her reactions to his depression are really dismissive, she emuts the "judt pull yourself up by the bootstraps vibe, and I get that as a seemingly put together person she might not recognize his depression but it definitely bums me out. At the same time, she definitely deserved a better relationship because Bojack was really closed off, sometimes just horrible and definitely not the best match. I like Wanda but definitely agree them dating is hard for me to watch.
I am sorry but “Angelica as a jizz and breath” made me actually blow soda out of my nose the first time I watched it. It is just so absurd and crude I can’t help but love it.
Quick Todd! Plug the barrel with your erect penis that you have from fucking my daughter!
One of the most hilarious lines in the show, delivery and all 😂
same!
My all-time favourite John Leguizamo line
Didn't care for Mr Peanutbutter running for Governor. But I love the Yolanda's family episode. It's definitely the wacky and silly side of Bojack.
The whole Pickles getting even thing went on waaaay to long, besides that I like it
PB running for governor is one of my least favorite, but one of my favorite scenes is "wow, you could actually become governor by a ski race" and PB saying "I know! It's times like this I wish I knew how to ski" I die laughing every time.
I only liked it for Andre Braugher's amazing performance as Couldchuck (or whatever his name is).
The honorable Woodchuck Couldchuck Berkawitz
I liked it up to the fight episode. I thought that was the end of it, but then it goes into the weird bit of them trying to find someone for her to cheat with? Too uncomfy to watch.
Even worse it just has zero resolution
I always forget that a lot of people hate Vincent Adultman. It’s one of my favorites; something about the animation and delivery of his lines just kills me every time.
Went to the stock market today. I did a business.
A lot of adult responsibilities feel a lot like “I did a business at the business factory today”
Clentists
I agree, it never really entertained me and went on for way too long
Words that look dirty but aren't
I agree with you. I loved the "Todd is asexual " storyline, but the whole episode where they visited her family was just so *gross* I cringed. I would also say the sex robot gag was along the same lines but not as horrible.
The sex robot had the most tragic death. Give him some respect
Fairly new to the sub and have no idea what you’re talking about so I have to try it Henry Fondle
Huh, that's odd. [This post](https://www.reddit.com/r/BoJackHorseman/comments/13pb5jx/whats_your_least_favorite_storyline/jl9cxxb?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button) got the bot to reply, but yours didn't.
Yeah I noticed, guess Henry Fondle he didn’t wanna fondle me
I... I... I... I LOVE YOU, FATHEEEEEER....
Ah, there you go.
There’s actually a Henry Fondle bot? 🙄
HOORAY.
i loved the visiting family episode but i agree on the robot. he was also so gross to me when they could’ve made an ordinary person/animal be the creepy one instead

Ethan around. It was just a sad attempt to cash in on people’s nostalgia.
Y'all a bunch of unappreciative, unfunny mfers in this thread.
RIGHT!?!? It's a *c o m e d y*
Wtf is up with the Vincent hate?
I don't "hate" the character, but I do agree with the sentiment that it's largely a one-note gag (a quite funny one) that's stretched a bit thin. I think they needed to get rid of him when they did, because there was clearly nowhere else for the storyline to go.
Mr. Peanutbutter's Gubernatorial Campaign
Sex robot was just a worse version of Vincent Adultman
You didn’t like Henry Fondle?
I'M COMING
Henry fondle was the best ver of vincent adultman
I WANT TO BE ON TOP OF YOU
THATS MY FAVORITE POSITION
HARDER. HARDERRR.
I hate the PB and Pickles dynamic. I don't think she's unbearably annoying, but the constant cheating to make things even between them just really annoyed me.
The chickens.
I found the whole bird paparazzi trying to blackmail Bojack and nothing end up happening to be a bit underwhelming, especially since the end of S1E3 implied that there would be more severe consequences. PB running for Governor, and of course Chickens
CHICKENS
Not a fan of the Todd storylines generally, but I really hated the sex robot (so cringe) and the reconciliation with his mother, which could have been interesting but ended up being so silly.
Henry Fondle and Vincent Adultman. Both jokes were funny for 1 time, but they dragged on soooo long
I WILL EAT YOUR ASS FOR DINNER
The scenes with Vincent Adultman and PC fill me with unbearable secondhand embarrassment, and it went on *so long* for a joke storyline lol. I just can't.
Would you like a alcohol
Agreed
PB for Governor, and what felt like a season long build up to the pasta strainer bit. Honorable mention: I liked the celebrity stealing club, but not sure what it added to the story overall.
The whole thing with Alexi being a sleeper agent seemed pretty glanced over and didn’t really go anywhere
Whatever Todd was up to to regain his father's approval and get his mother to talk to him again. Not sure if it was the weakest Todd story or if it was the last one and came across as the final whimper of a beached wale and bummed me out.
Princess Caroline and Vincent adult man
Vincent Adultman
It's too bad that some of Todd's more serious qualities were never developed more in depth, such as the relation to his parents, which could explain a lot about his behaviour and attitude in general. that’s the point !
Uuugh it hurt so good 😩 I love it when media can really make me feel something.
Mr. Peanutbutter/Pickles/Joey Pogo situation Almost ruined s6 for me.
I got so tired of Vincent adult man I think he was a bit that went on for way too many episodes
Most of the b-plots featuring Todd The humor got stale after a season or two.
Vincent Adultman
Honestly the whole episode when the therapist tells the story about the cast but with different names for example bojack is a zebra etc or Mr hazelnut spread I just couldn’t get into it

PC’s relationship with that kid in the Trenchcoat. Was his name Vincent? I forgot, but it was funny for like one ep but I found that it dragged on for way too long to be interesting anymore
Yeah it was Vincent Adultman
Pickles and PB's relationship, especially the part after Pickles found out PB cheated. PB running for governer went on for too long. Most of Todd's subplot.
The impro cult
Vincent Adultman, Disneyland, clown dentists, pickles and Joey pogo
Escape From LA and every time Bojack interacts with Penny. It ALWAYS manages to make my skin crawl...
PC and Vincent Adultman. I made a hate post about it hahahahahah
The Bojack/Diane “will they/won’t they” in season 1. I understand now after watching the show hundreds of times that the point of it was very one-sided, meaning Bojack was clearly the one who fell for her quickly and deeply despite her being with PB. I didn’t understand the underwater episode. I skip it every time it’s a sensory nightmare for me
diane on antidepressants. its completely unrealistic compared to how antidepressants actually are
Any Todd storyline, every rewatch I just skip him now
Outta curiosity why do you dislike Todd
He isn’t funny so his antics come off more like annoying than endearing
PB running for governor sucked I felt honestly like yes some people do fake depression- but having a character like PB make it into a publicity stunt or shit invalidated people who fake happiness or put on a fake smile and said If you ever have a mask on or aren’t Diane all the time you’re not really depressed Also half of Todd’s “goofy antics” that were actually harmful- they had a huge theme of just because of intention or being able to look good and charming doesn’t make you an actually good person- then we have Todd causing sexual assault and murdering people and it’s okay because he’s cute and funny- and the he “gets away with it because white privilege” at the end felt like a shoe horned in way to back down fro bad writing in the end as he’s not held half as accountable as other characters even by the mains around him

NICE BOOBS
You’re right. Those guys were nice, but they were total boobs.
Not my least favorite, but I never liked the Sextina Aquafina abortion episode. I guess it’s an attempt to find humor in one of the most divisive political issues (abortion), but I just don’t find it that funny/interesting
Bojack dating Wanda
What are you talking about wanda was awesome
After rewatching that season I feel like her reactions to his depression are really dismissive, she emuts the "judt pull yourself up by the bootstraps vibe, and I get that as a seemingly put together person she might not recognize his depression but it definitely bums me out. At the same time, she definitely deserved a better relationship because Bojack was really closed off, sometimes just horrible and definitely not the best match. I like Wanda but definitely agree them dating is hard for me to watch.
Tbh, todd’s whole asexual era. Also, diane and mr pb. Frack me era
Most of Todd's storylines TBH And Mr. PB running for governor
