Dont know much about her except that shes the cute little girl archetype which is kinda boring and i think her colours are a bit too saturated, makes the colour pop in a way that not very pleasing to the eye. Might like her better if she got a redsign like nagisa and sakurako, her colour saturation turned down and learn more about her character outside of the archetype.

Ibuki should have been the sane man for Pandemonium Society, alongside the slacker Iroha, or taking over as the president of that student council if there's an opportunity. Instead, so far, you have been doing nothing of note. That's only the issue I have. If you don't do something when so many members of Pandemonium Society swoon over you, then Gehenna would collapse when Hina's gone. You need to become Cherino at some point.
