FGO was kinda of a weird case, they didn't mind the russian lolibaba, or explained some complainers about the lack of importance in the arbitrary number given to a character by its creator and the like, but when the >!beast Nero!< was revealed the place got pretty up in arms and in even acted like the artist got held at gunpoint to give her that design like they forgot overnight we are talking about Wada "my dearest wish" Arco here, the one who had to be convinced sometimes to put MORE clothes on the characters.

It's more like they barely get any relevant rarity loli (SR and below) for their game in General for years already, so only veteran Azur Lane players wouldn't be surprised with loli contents. Last UR with smaller boobs? Shimakaze. PR loli ship? Only Kitakaze from PR1 to PR 4. Their loli counts are barely moving from the time Azur Lane started. So you can expect a lot of anti loli weebs there.
The reason why Yostar was trending when Shunny got released on JP was because BA JP players that followed yostar compared the game to AL at the time and thought that any staff that like small breasted / loli characters are moved to BA division and AL for onee san / big boobs lover. At that time most big boobs characters are welfare in BA, like summer Izumi and Tsurugi
I'm more referring to the way they're handling nsfw stuff, it almost feels random at times what they leave up and take down. Plus the rednal post that was taken down despite being pretty damn tame. But yea, Beast Nero really had people coming out of the woodwork. ~~Makes me hope we still get her in the future~~

Only for the one that didn't play Azur Lane from the start. It catered more to big boobs lovers as the years pass by and barely making good loli lewds skin or even loli ships. You can check their UR and SSR list to see it for yourself.
I've played Azur Lane for years, but I recall a different sort of tone for even the Janus skin for example. It's just recently where I saw things leaning more heavily in one direction.
