Easier way is to get an account from someone who has ChatGPT Open ai account made in another country and use his login. Or VPN actually doesn't work directly so You have to open incognito tab, and use VPN may be Poland or Us based Then later once you try to sign up it will ask you for mobile number verification, there are some third party apps that will provide you fake number with otp. Once you are in open ai, then you can directly use without VPN or anything.
