Some Red Hot Chili Peppers
Wicked Game by Chris Isaak
Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, and Def Leppard
Either my usual music - 60s and 70s rock, 80s and 90s hip hop and pop, or my driving playlist which mainly consists of rap/hip hop (my favorite is the Beastie Boys) and movie soundtracks.
Tiger army is my go to midnight music. They seem to have a stark affinity for the night. Half their songs are about it. And they sound good.
Depends. Mostly 60s/70s/80s/90s hard rock & heavy metal (the who, sabbath, led zeppelin, AC/DC, meat loaf, kiss, clash, the jam, maiden, Metallica, Judas Priest, gnr, nirvana, etc) but also some more modern stuff (Mumford & sons, disturbed, pretty reckless, Lana del Rey, ragnbone man, too fighters) and even classical stuff like Elgar, Tchaikovsky, Holst, Wagner, Talis.
Warm summers night, roof down, deserted motorway, ton up with Wagner’s Ride of the Valkyries or Ring Cycle blasting….
Kickstart my heart or any rock music that will keep me awake.
