Start with therapy
People usually have to take a lot of side trips before getting to therapy. Astrology, self-help, yoga, “superfoods,” to name a few examples. I’m not actually against all those things though, make sure they don’t work before actually digging in and getting to the root of the problem if that’s what you need to do.
That's fair. Looking back, I tried a few things before I found therapy.
Taking your life seems to be the only solution (don't!).

This sounds like you're looking for under the table advice on how to commit suicide. I really hope I'm wrong there. In any case, please don't. There are so many wonderful things in this world that you could still experience. I know things can seem bad in the moment, but please give yourself some time to think. Even something as simple as a good walk in the fresh air will help you feel better, in most cases.
Everyone says only death, but I would consider going religion. It really helps, I asked several people and even tried myself, but cannot make myself believe that God exists
I think that's called disassociation - doesn't seem very healthy

just make sure you end up in heaven or the opposite happens
Exit the world of the living.
Seriously, the only way you're never going to experience that stuff is if you're dead.
Death? Life is emotion and bad things will happen. If you can't handle that, therapy.
