As someone with no filter, let me paraphrase Oscar Wilde that if you're going to tell the truth to people, you better make them laugh...or they'll kill you.
Some people want it. Not sure most do. To be fair, it probably makes them feel dumb and maybe like we’re acting superior. Not the case, but meh. I try not to do it anymore, unless it’s something that will really stand out.
It’s always important to ask “do you want solutions or comfort?” It’s really easy to solve someone else’s problems but it’s really important to know when that’s what someone wants. Sometimes people just want to vent
I meant corrections as in like… spelling, typos, grammar, and pronunciation. I suppose I do try to give advice, sometimes, but I generally do stay away from that anymore.
Self Assuredness. On one hand, you're generally more confident in yourself and your decision making. On the other hand you may run into mistakes because you typically don't ask for outside perspectives. This may also mean being closed off to new ideas that you'd be open to if you had given them the chance.
Being fine alone. When it's okay for you not to see others for long stretches but some of those people want to see you. It can sometimes feel like a chore when you oblige.
Being unnaturally good at turning things into jokes.

Wanting to help people by correcting them. Good intentions, but generally seen as annoying.
i’ve stopped liking to help people for this reason, and then some will come to me and ask why i didn’t help them.
