What the best piece of advice that someone gave you that actually helped you?

One of them was "You can always tell someone to go to hell tomorrow." Basically, wait to cool down a bit before reacting to someone.

Don't be an Idiot

"You can love the beauty of a tiger but that doesn't mean you should live with one." It was when I was trying to hold on to my marriage to my abusive husband, who I loved.

Have realistic expectations. Unrealistic expectations are the root of unhappiness.

I never quite understood what were and weren’t unrealistic expectations sure being a billionaire is one but being the best at something depending on what it is is definitely a realistic expectation

You can strive for to achieve something without the expectation that it’s necessarily something that will definitely happen or that you deserve. If you do, more times than not you’ll be disappointed. The point is “realistic”. If you can realistically expect your goal to happen, sure, but if not, keep in mind that you’re going for something that has a high chance of not happening. That is never a reason not to strive for goals, it’s just the mindset you need to have when doing so.

Wake the fuck up.

"You can pay now, or you can pay later, but it's almost always cheaper to pay now." Edit: It seems like a lot of people think this is only referring to money, it's not.

"One bullet can kill a man" I use this not only with real guns but in video games also Always use your bullets wisely and never reload constantly because that one bullet can kill a person

Don’t strive to be the best, strive to be good. If you strive to be the best, you’ll always be disappointed

Fake it till you make it.

Gonna fake coronavirus till I get it

This made me laugh way too hard!
