Morning and night. I brush to keep cavities from forming.
Hair, teeth, horses? What are we talking about here?

I usually have a tea after dinner.
After waking because bacteria build up at night causes bad breath.
Before bed because sleeping diminishes your salivary flow, hence reducing the protective action against bacteria. If you have food scraps left in your mouth, bacteria have free reign at night.
At least 30 minutes after meals. Because the acid coupled with your abrasive brushing will wear down the enamel.
