Are you a pumpkin fan? If so, what do you like it in (coffee, bread, pie, etc). If not, what makes you not like it?

Pumpkin pie or PSL for me
Starbucks yeah? The pumpkin loaf they have warmed up is a little slice of pumpkin heaven in the morning.
Yes exactly, it's that time of the year so that's my mornings sorted
I like most of the pumpkin items at Trader Joe's that come out around this time, even pumpkin empanadas
The Pumpkins aren't bad at all, especially that first album Gish and Siamese Dream was excellent.
No, why? I absolutely fucking hate the smell of pumpkins especially when they start rotting. I like cinnamon sure, but pumpkin is a vegetable i never liked. I’d rather eat regular squash thanks
I love pumpkin spiced lattes, even if it's called "basic." Pumpkin pie is also amazing, especially with a bit of whipped cream on top.
Hey I’m with ya!
I’ve never had pumpkin soup. Is it a sweeter soup?
Not sure about sweeter, probably depends on the pumpkin. Fairly easy to make, try it some time!
it's not bad
I love pumpkin as a vegetable, but I don't really like pumpking flavoured thing if it's not made of pumpkin. Except for shampoo and home perfumes, that's a whole other story.
I get that. Home perfumes? Tell me more please haha
Some partilite and yankee candles are pumpkin flavoured IIRC.
Ah fair. I thought you meant you made them. My bad
The taste makes me not like it.
Fair! I know for some it’s the mouth feel. And then some just hate it bc it’s over used, which is also fair.
I like pumpkin baked as a vegetable.
Baked with? Like do you butter it? Any seasonings or anything? Something that I might like actually
I cut it into wedges, brush with olive oil and bake it until it's soft enough to put a fork right through it. All it needs is a bit of salt and pepper.
Imma try it soon!
Yes I'm a pumpkin fan 🎃
The soft interior and non bruising outer texture, the seeds inside sometimes pinch though, the interior takes a considerable amount of time to warm up though,
Soo yeah bro i like those non sentient and consent not needed pumpkins as much as i like a warm dragonfruit
Take my upvote you animal
Hey i might be into botanyphilia but don't call me such names of things that excite ____
My bad. I’m learning.
I'm indifferent but that's mostly because I don't see them often around here.
I just don't like the taste. No idea why I don't I just don't like it.
costco pumpkin pie with lots of whip
I like everything about a pumpkin pie, except the edge crust.
Roast pumpkin and pumpkin soup ... delicious
I like pumpkin as pumpkin, roasted, grilled maybe as a soup. I think it's very versatile and is amazing to use as an ingredient but don't forget that it can be so nice on its own
It is crazy how much you can do with a pumpkin.
I've had pumpkin spice lattes before and it was really good! Literally feels like a warm hug. It's oddly soo nostalgic tough?? My family never makes anything with pumpkin and I don't consume it either, not sure where I'm getting the nostalgia from.
enjoying some pumpkin beer right now
used to be the main form of beer brewing in north america before wheat took over in fact
also in general i do enjoy the flavor..its great..gimme pumpkin pie, gimme cookies, all that shit yes
Pumpkin beer from? I was a dogfish head punkin fan until they switched to a 6pk formula. So I stick with new hollands warlock
my holdover favorite is the pumpkin habenero that voodoo ranger makes and the pumpkin that wasatch used to make
and fwiw blue moon and sam adams both do a pretty damn good pumpkin of their own
You wild one you. I’ve have seen the atomic pumpkin the last 3 years and just can’t get myself to try it.
I haven’t had blue moons, but sams is pretty good. So is the pumpkin barrel aged stout from Kentucky bourbon barrel or whatever they’re called. Great beer
Its a little spicy but they did a great job to where the flavors are not only all evident but match up. Its not just some cobbled together bullshit. If it was just pumpkin and cinnamon and nutmeg the shit would still be delicious. But that habenero in there really adds something.
Havent had the aged one but I THINK I've had their winter vanilla porter that was like a 9%er and just a fucking sipper. If its them I bet the pumpkin is fantastic.
I believe it is!
I like pumpkin pie, if it's done well, and pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. Those are the best cookies.
I love pumpkin in any and everything. This is an excellent time of year.
I like candles inside of my pumpkins
Are you a good carver?
Am I pumpkin fan? Uhhh no… last time I checked I am a human being. What the hell is the point of a fan made out of pumpkin either. A fan needs to spin and I feel like pumpkin is not the most robust material. And secondly, why would I put a fan into coffee, that doesn’t even make sense
I had pumpkin pancakes at this restaurant yesterday and they were the best thing I’ve ever had. I love pumpkin pie and even pumpkin coffee.
My girlfriend on the other hand doesn’t like pumpkin stuff for the taste and because of a traumatic experience being called “pumpkin” so it’s understandable.
My wife isn’t a pumpkin fan either. Luckily my kids are and I make muffins every year that they all, including my wife, love.
Love anything and everything pumpkin! Pumpkin cheesecake is incredible.
I tried my hand at a pumpkin cheesecake for thanksgiving last year and failed. I want to try again but I’m traumatized
Baking is very particular and technical, and takes practice. You can do it! I believe in you.
Hahaha thanks! I can do a decent amount that keeps my kids happy. But cheesecake. My nemesis at the moment
No, nothing pumpkin for me. I think it’s the color, looks like baby poop to me.
Guacamole does that for me. Totally understandable
I love a good pumpkin roll. And sometimes a good actual slice of pie. As for things that are pumpkin pie spice flavored, I'd pass. Not a fan of nutmeg and cinnamon and clove or whatever.
Fair! Real pumpkin over pumpkin spices.
Pumpkin creamer is pretty good. Can’t lie.
I feel their utility as a catapulted weapon is one of their more underrated qualities
I’d have to agree with this
