When did you stop being afraid of your dark basement?

I'm 24 and still terrified. I doubt I'll ever stop
Well... maybe in your basement you know nothings down there but... mine is a different supernatural story
I’m 20, I’m still not going down there
Never, shit was built in 1820 its old, dark, and creepy
If you believe in them then yes definitely. It was a old school house back in the day and you'll always see shadows passing by in your peripheral vision
When I was really depressed I stopped being scared because i was at a point where I didnt really care and liked to sit with the lights off. Now im better and back to being terrified lmao
Same thing happend to me bro
I've never been anywhere near our basement growing up. When we moved out from our first home to our house, we didn't have a basement - we had a small room at the back of the garage. Never was scared of it.
I was, however, terrified by the basement in my grandparent's building. Still am a bit freaked out to be honest, because it's super creepy.
When I figured out that whatever was in that basement needed to be afraid of me. After all, it's my basement.
I have big feet. Squish crunch squish.
When i stopped believing in god
Never since there were granddaddy long legs there.
When i started putting starving children there and realised that I'm someone to fear and no one to have fear for something.
When I moved to a place without a basement
