It totally depends on what land you have and what you’re able to do with it. I’ve set some aside and planted trees and a wild flower meadow, the rest I’ve used as grazing for a few months and then let go to a wild flower meadow before taking as silage for winter (bearing in mind crops won’t grew up here).

Dog park... I'd make a few enclosed areas. One with a pond/ lake in the middle, one with agility equipment in it and one with woodland. If i could live on that land, I'd be trying to be as self sustaining as i can. Pen the whole area off so my escape artist of a dog don't go missing.

I would build a flat foundation and just build stuff onto it and then destroy what I have built once it was complete
