Athletes, what was the weirdest warmup you saw the opposing team do?

Played rugby, so winter sport in the southern hemisphere.
Usually you do some stretching and light exercise in the changing rooms, before putting your togs on and then running and strength (pushing) outside on the field.
Our opposition arrived, sans their coach and opted for running the backline and scrumming for the forwards.
By the time the coach turned up, they had enough injuries to forfeit the game.
Didn't see but the guy said he got a bj before every race
Coach made them run a ton of poles before the game. They got fucking destroyed
Was a powerlifting meet. Saw one of the guys bashing his head agains a wall to the point he was bleeding from his head. Didn’t help him at all he passed out almost immediately after trying to deadlift the weight. Wasn’t anything ridiculous was like 280-300lbs don’t remember exactly what the weight was. I did my usual routine of doing warm up sets and stretching a little to get the joints warmed up. Maxed out at 340lbs. Was my last meet before my injury haven’t competed since
