The problem isn't the excessive amount of flashbacks necessarily. The real issue is where they are placed. Every time we see a fight become interesting, we switch to the less interesting one and tone down the intensity. And when the most intense parts are happening, we just get hit with flashbacks. I wish they focused on one battle at a time instead of switching like this because it feels underwhelming.
Has the episode count even been confirmed? Even if that's the case, there's still atleast 4 more if they animate 12, 5 if they go to 13 and they've done a 30~45 min episode twice in season 2 so its possible they'll be another one. There's also really only 10 chapters left, so pacing wise, 5 more episodes with 2 chapters per? Yea I think the pacing is good. And knowing ufotable the action will slap. I think you just want another remake of season 2, and as understandable as it is, season 3 is kinda setting up for literally the final arc, so I think it works out.
Head dance was absolutely beautiful. Everything from the music to the Yorichii shadows and the awesome combo of sun breathing and Nezuko's blood demon art.
Hmm, some of those look a bit convoluted, there are too many effects going on that makes it hard to tell what is going on.
Maybe that's because it's a frame shot and in the animation it must look far better, still I love how sharp the drawing is and the color palette is amazing.
I hope he is paid for these litral works of art
Lol. Anime workers getting paid decently
Jokes aside, he definitely is. Ufotable, just like KyoAni, takes care of their in-house animators
Mans really put the team on his back and ain’t been caught slippin since.
I didn't know that Hitler was in demon slayer 😂😂😂😂😂
He is supposed to represent "Demon slayer fans"
One Piece also has someone like that. I forget her name, she comes around like once a year to make a banger then leaves.
Megumi Ishitani. She directed episode 957, 982, and 1015.
This woman is a **BEAST**
Enters the room. Makes a banger. Doesn't elaborate. Leaves. *gigachad music plays*
Few days later: Mein fuhrer, Abe was ill and didn't draw the exciting part...
He's the Yutaka Nakamura of studio ufotable
I have to admit he's prob the best animator in the business, after demon slayer he will never run out of work

I enjoy the set up, it makes the emotional moments hit harder for me

Being 75% into the season and still being on the "set up" phase is absolutely embarrassing, pacing wise.

Has he animated anything else???
1700s slaves had it better than these animators bro.
Hope that guy makes great artwork👍
Well that's a nice animator
Bro is the 2nd coming of Jesus for Ufotable
